Stunning location with most fabulous views. Authentic food created by talented chef from a daily menu of fresh local market produce and served on a small intimate and personal dining balcony only for residents. Made it hard to eat anywhere else! Breakfast served when you want it to your own balcony. The professional and attentive team provided personal ,friendly, discreet and well informed high quality service. The hotel was immaculate all of the time, every detail attended to, beautifully designed and maintained and the most comfortable beds. Be aware that you need to be reasonably fit to deal with the perfectly painted steps in and out of any of the cave hotels, though even then your luggage is whisked away and you are lead into the labyrinth where the views just keep giving from every angle. We loved it at Iconic and would certainly return.

We spent almost 2 weeks for our honeymoon here. It was like the paradise. We stayed in the Caldera suite which has an amazing patio with space for table, sunbeds and a private outdoor pool with a stunning view over the caldera. Food was unbelievably good. Breakfast is served whenever you wake up which is an amazing plus when you just want to relax. Service is high level, they do your room twice a day. Definitely money well spent. Highly recommended

I can’t say enough about how great this hotel was. We came on the shoulder of the season during a soft opening. Everyone was very accommodating. The hotel restaurant wasn’t open for the season yet so the staff helped us with local restaurants almost daily. The rooms are very nice. We chose one with a hot tub in the room instead of the pool outside. This was a good choice given with was early April and still chilly at night. The daily breakfast was always amazing. It’s served outside on your patio area overlooking the caldera. Food was great and changed daily. I will definitely be staying at the Iconic when I rerun to Santorini.

Iconic Santorini far exceeded our highest expectations. We stayed for three nights in June 2021 to celebrate my birthday. From the moment we made our reservation, we felt the warm Greek hospitality from the Iconic Santorini team. Christina went above and beyond to answer all questions about the accommodation choices and experiences. Afrodite and Elisabeta worked with us to plan all details in advance, including airport transfer, parking options, and a special chef's dinner upon arrival. Vaios and Ramon made us feel incredibly welcome the minute we arrived at the property, greeting us warmly and treating us like royalty. We were spoiled with a gorgeous, impeccably clean cave suite with incredible views. We were very impressed with the level of cleanliness not just in our suite, but throughout the entire property, as well as the staff's attention to COVID-19 precautionary measures. The bed was amazing, and the suite had every amenity imaginable to make sure our stay was comfortable. The hotel is a unique blend of traditional Santorini cave + modernity - a perfect combination. Of note, the food at the restaurant is superb. We enjoyed a special three-course dinner prepared by the chef on our first night, focused on traditional Greek specialties including tzatziki, rusk, fava beans, and octopus. It was a wonderful way to start our stay. We also enjoyed the Iconic Santorini breakfasts (at any time of day we wanted!), which were huge and delicious. I was especially touched that the hotel surprised us with a bottle of sparkling wine on my birthday with a heartfelt note. Many, many thanks to George and Vilson for treating us so well. Finally, while the photos hardly do the views or hotel justice, the main thing that sets this property apart is its tremendous staff. I cannot think of another property that has such professional, accommodating, and kind staff. For example, on our last day, Afrodite went above and beyond to secure a later check-out for us as our flight was in the evening. Despite insane heat and sun, the staff is constantly working hard, climbing up and down the steep steps to ensure guests are taken care of. I was blown away by how many of the staff wished me a happy birthday. Moreover, it was clear from our observations that they treat every single guest like it is their birthday every day. It is a true testament to Iconic Santorini that we felt not just like royalty during our stay, but like family. This hotel is, without a doubt, one of the best in the world. While there are many properties to choose from, I cannot imagine staying at a more magical place on the island than Iconic Santorini. We were truly sad to leave and cannot wait to return. Thank you to the Iconic Santorini team for making this birthday the best one yet, especially Vaios, George, Vilson, Roman, Afrodite, Christos, and Elisabeta and so many others - until next time.

Peace & Serenity. Unique views, airy and elegant rooms,the delicious food, and the facilities are second to none, but what really makes this hotel shine is its warm and supremely professional staff.

Our stay at Iconic exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and comfortable, facilities were outstanding, and the view was incredible. Above all, the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating!

Amazing hotel, Amazing view, amazing service, we recommand ++++++ The best hotel in Imerovigli, 20 min walk or 5 min taxi from Fira. The breakfast is delicious and the team is really nice.
