The hotel offers a great view over the area and especially during night time it's just amazing to see all the city lights from this spot. You can even enjoy the view from inside the pool! The breakfast was also nice and the room was comfy, large and had a great balcony to enjoy the evening hours.

Excellent views, nice small pool, very helpful staff. They helped us with transports and restaurants, very very good communication. The room was a cave with good airconditioning and machine against humidity, as shower is not ventilated.

I would highly recommend Nefeli homes. Christina was a great in organizing transport as well as suggesting excursions. Very prompt service. Views were amazing of the seaside. Breakfast was surprisingly filling with a touch of authentic Mediterranean food. Rooms were spacious, clean and the service was great. Overall an amazing experience.

They stole $5000 from us when covid lockdowns were occurring. We gave them $5000 for a suite and the airlines/ Greece ended up locking down days before our trip. first the airlines so even if Greece didn't we couldn't have made it. Expedia and ourselves tried to get them to refund and they refused. so overall we literally handed them $5000 for nothing.

Nefeli homes, you stole our hearts❤️ room nr. 6 is everything you could possibly want when staying in Santorini. Maggy at reception helps you with any request. Room was very clean, bed is comfy,but all this you forget when you go to veranda. Breakfasts are fresh and tasty, swimming pool is clean and view is unforgettable. Staff is friendly, you feel at home from first second of ur stay. This hotel exceeded our expectations and we are dreaming to come back. Rent ATV and go around the island, watch sunset in Oia, drink wine in Rocca stella restaurant, swim at black beach and go to volcano by catamaran cruise. You will never want to leave❤️❤️❤️

Incredible Caldera view, convenient location for anyone trying to avoid the Fira crowds. We stayed in the Grand Suite (largest suite with private indoor pool). This is perhaps one of the tallest parts of the island that made the views even better. Next to the hotel you would find great spots for the classic Santorini pictures - just walk up and go north for 100 ft and you’re there! We ate at Jimmie’s a lot which is 100m walk from here. Parking is 500m away at a public parking which was fine for us. Maggie was super helpful everyday in making sure all was taken care of for us. She even helped arrange a car rental last minute. Victor was always there to make sure we’re comfortable. Sarfaraz did a great job in ensuring our space was clean everyday. The lady in the kitchen (forgot her name) was super kind and prepared breakfast for our special needs, and left us a really nice packaged breakfast the morning we were leaving (early morning flight). Be aware that the pools are not heated. Only a minor issue on cold days.

We arrived late, 12:30am. There was someone to greet us and show us to our room. We woke up to a gorgeous view and a deliciously hearty breakfast. The receptionist, Kristina, was wonderful and very helpful. She set us up with Marios from Golden Transfer Tours and he was fabulous! Showed us all of the hot spots. We could not have asked for a better experience. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming.

Great customer service and the rooms were good. Bit smaller but still good and clean. The location is close to everything and it's only a few mins walk. The view from the hotel is amazing and the breakfast was complimentary and it was amazing as well. The staff were helpful on both the shifts and the pool was good. Not a whole lot of lounging area around the pool but lots of tables and chairs around for having food with a view.
