Η πεζοδρόμηση της οδού Βουκουρεστίου έγινε με βάση τα νέα δεδομένα του City Link: η κίνηση των οχημάτων τροφοδοσίας κρατήθηκε μακριά και διαμορφώθηκαν τρείς ενότητες υπαίθριας εκτόνωσης του ζωτικού χώρου του Μεγάρου: η πρώτη κοντά στην Πανεπιστημίου, ως εξέδρα τραπεζοκαθισμάτων, η δεύτερη μπροστά στην είσοδο του Παλλάς, “πλατεία” συγκέντρωσης των θεατών και χώρος υπαίθριων εκδηλώσεων, και η τρίτη, μικρός κήπος με παγκάκια κοντά στην οδό Σταδίου. Δύο συντριβάνια ορίζουν την αρχή και το τέλος της πεζοδρομημένης ζώνης και ως υδάτινοι ηχοφράχτες αναχαιτίζουν τη βοή των αυτοκινήτων.
Νέα ζωή, νέο design, νέα ονόματα και στα δύο ιστορικά στέκια που όλοι θυμόμαστε ως Brazilian και Zonar’s. Μνήμες art deco θα θυμίζουν τις μέρες τις παλιές, αλλά οι τελευταίας τεχνολογίας εγκαταστάσεις παρασκευής φαγητού και γλυκού στα ανακαινισμένα υπόγεια θα προσφέρουν νοστιμιές στο εστιατόριο Pasaji και στο café Clemente VIII.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pls dont dont dont go!!!!! Just had the most awful breakfast- not even the small breakfast coffee shops in the most hidden areas of a town do not provide this awful quality. Paid 20€ for a disgusting pancake and omelette which tasted like plastic.
The service even worse. Pls dont dont visit!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a contrast , the place and the setting were perfect , we sat in the courtyard atrium area which was really nice and sophisticated. We ordered a selection of drinks for our party of 20 and this is where it all went wrong ! The drinks were terrible. Luck warm coffee’s in drinkable hot chocolate which was cold (not even like warm . The clue is in the name !! A HOT Chocolate should not be served cold. When we told our waiter our complaints he just shrugged and said “that’s how we serve them !! “ excuse me !?!! The three stars are for the setting and the decor ! The service and the drinks were terrible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I mean, let's be clear you go to such place for the location and not for the service nor the quality. I had to find a place to sit by myself because otherwise the server was giving me a sh* table. Coffee was cold! I had to ask twice to change it. But still it was not warm. I gave up although that a double cappuccino is 6e!!!
