An absolutely amazing holiday really can't understand where the complaints come from. All staff were helpful and went above and beyond. Very clean and food was good. Yes repetitive but last week of the season

Poor service. Rooms not cleaned regularly. WiFi connection only available in reception area. Nothing in rooms. Staff at restaurant were very friendly, great buffet options and very good food at hotel!

Was greeted by reception on our arrival 3rd October 2019 was told to go get ourselves some lunch while they sorted our rooms out which i found a lovely arrival rooms were spacious and cleaned ever day staff very helpful good variety of different dishes beautiful surroundings would not hesitate to book again hope to see you all again next year

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. It is definitely Not a 4 star hotel. The food is the same everyday, there isn't a pool bar, or an a la carte restaurant. The entertainment is non-existent, reception staff are rude, and the room views we had were shocking. WiFi doesn't work in the rooms either which makes no sense! The only upside for me was the bar and restaurant staff were friendly. We have overpaid to stay here, and will be looking for some of that back.

No recreation. Just a few (4 or 6) umbrellas at the swimming pool. Always the same buffet in the morning, midday and evening. The drinks....ugh... Personel is trying their best. Very friendly, but the hotel just need renovation. 2 elevators for the whole hotel.( 1 always broken down) doesn't deserve 3 stars!!

Great service, the food is nice, fun games for the kids and the parents. I will say that the hotel is dirty and it needs better cleaning, the pool is nice with a water slide nor a big one but its nice, food is great, i love to be able to sit outside, but we were placed right in the middle of a party with peopele running on the roof, so i think the hotel needs to think about were they place the familys and the partys, great hotel.

4 star hotel only until the sanitary comes for a check. We did go there as a school and they sent 15 of our classmates to another "hotel" which was REALLY dirty, because some of the rooms were supposingly in a bad situation. They didn't even say sorry, instead they implied it was not their fault. Now about the rooms, to begin with, the beds were dirty. We found more than a few beds with hair below the blankets and dirt in general. Also, many pillows were dirty as we got there, and some of towels given in rooms were also dirty. The bathtub was REALLY small and totally hard to use, they didnt even provide any shampoos or any soap, only a default one for both hair and body. The food was really bad, even found dead bugs on my pasta and lettuce. Last but not least the staff was pretty mean and ironic to us. Oh and pay 5 euros per device for room wifi. Would not go there again even if i was paid to.

It was ok- nothing disgusting or horrendous but nothing more than basic. Definitely not 4 stars. What should've been hot food was cold even when we went in at prompt opening times. The food was ok. Nothing spectacular but not disgusting. The staff tho are amazing, especially Maria and the girls on reception. They will help with anything and everything they can - first class customer service. The cleaning staff on the other hand are another matter. Midweek I caught one of them smoking in the room where the sheets are washed. I was annoyed because that floor was specifically family rooms. I possibly should've reported it but I didn't want her to get in trouble. .Also on 2 days, rather than knock and wait for a response at the door, they knock and entered. Meaning on one of the occasions she walked in on my daughter naked and it upset my daughter as she was embarrassed. They just walk in as and when they need to get in its just wrong. The barman in the main bar is as ignorant and miserable as they come. No manners no conversation and no tip ! This hotel is purely a means to an end. You're not going to die if you eat or stay here but I wouldn't return under any circumstances.
