The worst car rental experience ever! The online price was 100€ for 4 days with full insurance for Seat Ibiza or similar. When we arrived , we’ve been picked up by arrivals by the representative, but as they have no office at the airport we’ve been asked to sign the contract on the bench and hand the money in cash, as they take cash only. When we asked about the insurance, we’ve been told that there is 800€ excess on the car, but after a phone call this was taken down to zero as booked, but nice try. The car was parked pressed between 2 cars so getting out of the parking spot was a challenge and when we tried to get out we’ve pushed the car next to us by our back door. Immediately some man start running to us, shouting and saying the owner of the company is his friend and we are not going anywhere , pushing us and trying to take the car key from us. He stood in the way making sure we are not leaving and argue with us. So when the owner arrived he said that everything the other man did is “his job” and it’s ok, and made few comments making us feel like we are stupid , for example “you can’t drink when you drive” Duuuuuuuhhhhh!!!! The car we’ve got was small Toyota Yaris, the price for this size was less online, also looking pretty dirty inside , but it did the job. The returning experience was also fun. We’ve been told that when we want to return the car we should call them and they will come pick the car up from departures. The phone number is written on the contract , on the car, also on google. When we arrived , we’ve tried to call this number 20 times , but it did not work. So for an hour , we’ve been running around the airport , trying to get in touch with anyone from this company , so they come and pick up the car! When we sent email, someone got back to us 20 mins after, said he will be there in 5 mins. Oh, it’s the owner , great! When he arrived and we told him we are waiting there for 1hour, he was like “it’s always something with you, from beginning” and asking me if I want him to say sorry or what ? And mentioned that the number we have is outdated ! Well it would be nice if you give us the new number right???? There is other 5 reliable car rental companies at the airport, with actual office, and being professional, don’t bother here!

Attention!!!! THIS RENTAL JUST WANT TO GENERATE PROVID. The most dubious rental car provider in creta. DONT RENT A CAR THERE. The vehicles are in a miserable condition. 150.000 km and higher kilometers are standard. 10 weeks after retrun they transferred 500 EUR for an unjustified insurance case. For other Customers: Block your credit card direct for foreign debit after retun!!!

We rented a car in September '18 and got a seat ibiza in very good condition. By far the cheapest rental company and didn't bother too much looking for scratches, fuel etc. The people who met us at HER airport were on time, really friendly and were on the phone both times we called them (for contract extension, and then delivery). Would definitely use them again.

Rented a car here last week, and it was a good experience. The car was in a good state, and the price was better than what other companies offered. The staff was friendly and helpful. After our trip I forgot the sunglasses in the car - realized that just 2 hours before my flight - called their agent Dimitris, and he brought them to me in just 5 minutes! So I'm happy to write this review, it's well deserved. Good people, good service. Not sure how the insurance works - they say that in case of an accident you have to pay up to 400 EUR, everything above that is covered by the insurance.

Their service is above and beyond! One small story showing their professionalism: I was too late to arrive and pick up because my flight was delayed due to a hurricane. They waited for my arrival after midnight, meanwhile they checked the weather and advised me not to drive far because the street had been damaged. In the end, when I actually arrived after midnight, they offered me to go to a hotel and pick up the next day with the hope that the weather will be better. Also they didn't even charge the "out of hours fee". Next morning they brought the car right out of my hotel. Besides that, their fleet is a bit old, although, considering the price, you get more than what you pay for. Summary: top professionals!

Warning, if you want to spend safe and peaceful holidays I do not recommand you this car rental ! With my friends we had so many troubles (problem of booking when we arrived, car in very bad condition and dirty, rude personal)... And more than all of that, after few days driving and going everywhere (moutains, beach far away), the battery was dead and we discovered that we had NO OIL in the car engine... When we send an email to the company to explain the situation, we were a bit angry and scaried of course. We could have an accindent anywhere and breaking down with the car. The personal of the company was not comforting and helpful at all, and the reply was really aggressive, almost accusing us to break the car because we put some oil buying in LIDL. Finally, they had to come the day before we were leaving to change the battery because the car was still off. Even after that, we were not feeling secure and we had to leave really early for the airport just to be sure everything would be ok with the car.... No money back, no apologize from the company for these worries! Worst experience ever... Conclusion : it is better to pay a little more money and rent on another company, and being sure to be safe at the end of your holiday !

I recommend this car service. Me and my 3 friends took here Renault Captur for 5 days. And everything was great, we got the car very quick, returned also fast, without any problems. Also obvious advantage here is that they have proper insurance (for others car rentals insurance sometimes is tricky..). So they cover until certain amount, but it is enough to feel safe if you drive well. The man from the office was very nice and helpful. Thanks!

I rented a car for 1 month. There were no problems at all. The price was really good (no extras - we only paid what we agreed), no problems with the car, nice and helpful staff. Would definitely book here again next time in Heraklion. The staff speaks perfect English as well, so there’s no misunderstandings.
