★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THIS IS NOW "MONZA CAR RENTAL". We were told that we could drop-off our car at the port in Heraklion before departing for Santorini. However, we discovered that there in fact is no drop-off at the port and ended up missing our ferry. The address listed online for their port office did not exist. Made multiple phone calls to every possible number we could find and no one picked up. We eventually dropped the rental off at the airport and had to pay for a cab back to the ferry. Also, we paid for and were told we would be renting an Audi convertible and we were given a deeply worn Renault instead. No explanation was supplied as to why this was the case.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful experience with Olympic car rentals. I was waiting 1:30 hour at the airport so that I rent my car while nobody was answering the phone. Hidden costs regarding the insurance of the car were revealed the day of renting it. Keep away!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We mostly had a very good experience hiring from this company. A roomy, comfortable car at a good price. They were accommodating when we wanted to extend the hire for an extra day. The port office is not at the port but is in walking distance although I wouldn't want to be lugging suitcases. It is down hill if going to the port. The owner very kindly agreed to drop us at the ferry terminal after we returned the car. Our only negative was that we were unable to get through to anyone on the emergency number when we had a car problem. The person who should have been on the other end (on a Sunday afternoon) had their phone turned off. Fortunately, with the help of our accommodation host we were able to contact the office and luckily someone happened to be there. They sent out a repair man (flat battery) and did not charge us. We dropped in at the office early next morning on our way back through Heraklion because we were sure we had done nothing to cause a flat battery. The very patient young man changed the battery as a precaution and identified the likely cause of the problem. Overall we were happy with the customer service and the car. Be careful to confirm opening times if you are hoping to catch an early ferry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They rent you old cars, and they market themselves under dofferent name like Alma car rentals but the contract is olympic car rentals. They force you prepay for car and you receive old one not as marketed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seemed like they re-rented Europe rent a car cars, but doubling the prices, because we picked up the car at Europe car office and the keys had a Europe car keyholder. If we would of know we would have rented directly from Europe cars. 1400€ for 14 days, they wanted to charge us 80€ for the cleaning of the car because there was sand on the inside (finally accepted 50€, which is crazy anyways).
