Nice houses and gardens. Tiny swimming pool. 3 minutes walking from seaside. Only the noise from the main road might be disturbing if sleeping with open windows.

We have stayed in Efrilias for two weeks. The location is very good, close to the best beaches, shops and restaurants. Katarina and her family are awesome, very kind and helpful people. The place is new and very clean. I highly recommend it to everyone and we will definitely stay there again.

Amazing place,we arrived there at the end of the September the weather was really hot 30 degrees so my kids been very happy! whole studio apartment was really clean, and this amazing woman mama Katarinathat she brought for us in the morning hot pie. Finding Efrilias Studios was a stroke of luck. Just completed in April 2017, the six accommodation units are brand new and we were the very first guests to occupy Apartment 5. The simple lines and minimalist decor reflect a high quality finish and considerable thought and vision by Katerina the owner. Studio 5 is spacious, bright and airy with plenty of storage and a generous balcony. The bathroom is also spacious with a large shower and a good selection of soaps, shampoos and even a full first aid kit. Internet is fast and there are plenty of power points. The bed is enormous and comfortable. All flats and apartments are accessed from the rear of the building but face onto a beautifully laid out garden beyond which there is ample car parking. Views from the balcony are over neighbouring buildings and, some 75 metres away, the main road. There is some road noise during the day but this diminishes in the evening. The sandy Molos beach is less than 200m away, as are an array of tavernas, bars and even a mini-market. Yet three minutes walk up the hillside takes you into rural olive groves. We just loved the apartment and the care that Katerina has taken to ensure a warm welcome and comfortable stay. This is by far the highest standard of accommodation we have found during our two week stay on Crete. Highly recommended but book well in advance because this really is five star accommodation and demand will be high.
