The best hotel I have ever stayed in!!

Here i spend the best Holliday. The staff is simply amazing!! The variation of the breakfasts is a good one. The beach is one of the best in Creta. Just beautiful sand. I really recomand it!! It is great if you have kids. The water have small waves and a big part the water is small.

Fabulous hotel in a wonderful setting on the beach. Good standard of rooms, super clean everywhere and even better service, hence the five stars. Every recommendation they gave me absolutely nailed it. A great base for chilling by the pool or exploring the beauty that is western Crete. 20 minute drive to Falasarna and a few mins down the road to the port for boat trips to Balos. Local beach is nice and comes with use of sun loungers. Super clean water. Can’t compare with the majestic Falasarna or Balos but then again not much can. Great for a dip and fairly sheltered. Even better the mountains and Topolia Gorge are a short drive or bike ride away. Fab hotel!!

Went there for business, the young girl at the reception desk was really welcoming and well coordinated to inform and assist us with everything we needed. Pleasant experience.

Fantastic staff, super helpful and kind, the hotel is nice and small, only 2 stories. The rooms are nice, not super but in line with a 4 star. Breakfast is very good both in quality and variety. Also nice swimming pool. The position is 3 min walk from some nice Kissamos beaches, but it's at the far end of Kissamos, around 1km from the center. All in all very happy

Had an amazing experience in this hotel. Rooms are big and clean. Staff is amazing and very helpful. Elli at the reception was very professional and super helpful. Kyriakos at the beach bar made the sunset drink experience enjoyable and recommended some restaurants where the food was amazing.

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel, we visited at the end of May, so just before peak season. The location is directly on a small, nice beach, with calm, clear water. There is also a pool, and a gym. You get full use of free sunbeds with umbrellas, and there's a beach bar/cafe. The staff will come to you to take an order. The hotel is maybe 10 minutes walk from seafront restaurants, and 15 minutes walk from the centre of the town. The breakfast was very good, and varied daily. Lots of the standard things, but also local produce like local cheese, bread and pastries. The restaurant wasn't open in the evening when we were there. The staff were incredible, they couldn't be better. Kind and good at their jobs, they made our holiday so much better. The perfect tour guides, and would book you a car / restaurant/ boat etc. The hotel is generally well presented, but the rooms are quite tired, that's why this isn't a 5* review. The rooms are clean, and cleaned daily, but the furniture is old and dated. There is a fridge in the room, which is a bit noisy. Curtains could be better. The bathroom was good, with a very good shower. There was a nice balcony with a view of the sea.
