B	Brandan Kovacs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is located a stone's throw from the water between several of its sister properties. Our room, a one room bungalow with private pool, looked out over the bay, as do almost all rooms that I saw. The rooms are a bit more rustic, but often come with a jacuzzi. The shower was a bit small and the bed was a bit harder than I prefer, but otherwise everything was in perfect order. The staff has been nothing but polite and helpful in all of their duties.

S	Shaul Firon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A 5 star hotel near the town of Elounda Crete. We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The staff was super nice and helpful and the food was great. If at all I would say the hotel feels a little bit on the older side. The kids center and 2 other restaurants are in other hotels in the "property". There is a free shuttle but it makes getting to those locations a bit harder so at noon you are left with the one that's in the hotel("the yacht club") - after 2 days that one restaurant becomes kind of boring.

If you are staying in the hotel itself, the rooms are worn out and poor quality. The corridor leading to the rooms 40C inside, feels like in hell. Breakfast is terrible, even omelette is completely unbeatable which you really need to make an effort to make it so bad! Food in the restaurants is mediocre. None of the wines from the vine list are available. Last day I’ve got a bad stomach sickness after the koh restaurant. In addition this pleasant stay taxi transfer to the airport was 35 minutes late!!!! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Tasty food, including in room service, works 11:00 - 22:00, but there are some meals available for 24h. Any of the staff is ready to help and resolve an issue with personal approach or find the way to solve it. SPA, restaurants and other services from other neighbouring Elounda S.A. HOTELS & RESORTS hotels. There is a free transfer between them. Good location and great views.

The men and women who create the lifestyle of a location, the character and the atmosphere experienced, and Harry, the Maître de Maison, knew how to perfectly surround himself, a service that takes care of each guest to ensure that they experience rare and precious moments. This gentleman belongs to those people who " simply have class ", a natural easy-going manner that makes everyone feel at ease, we felt welcomed as friends, which is highly appreciable. We will remember this trip to Crete for a long time, sublimated by these 2 days in this " paradise on earth ", infinitely thank you to all of you, and good continuation.
