It was expensive and the food was really bad. My brother and I ordered the lamb souvlaki and it came out cold-warm and was really hard. The views were great but nothing much else. Also they didn't take credit and insisted on cash when we went for the bill.

Buyer beware. The food was ok but it was very disappointing for ourselves and a major inconvenience for the customers at the 2 tables next to us to find we could not pay by card. Cash Only. It's no problem having a cash only policy. It's just a problem if a restaurant fails to inform the customer of this policy before dining. Many patrons had to make the inconvenient trip to the nearby atm.

Very nice location (monument of Lysicrates), near Acropolis Metro Station. Excellent food, friendly staff and atmosphere. Positive point: good lighting. Do not forget to try the mushroom risotto !!! Tip: Check if they accept credit-card payment.

Me and my friend was looking for another restaurant and it happened that the restaurant was closed for a renovation. One of the waitress approach us and we just give it a try. Although it looks quite fancy, the price is reasonable for students like us. We tried seafood dishes: hake fish with traditional garlic sauce and sautéed sea bass with basmati rice. It was not disappointing at all! The food was well-presented and the taste was beyond our imagination. Highly recommend this place and the view of the Acropolis at night is an added advantage to the restaurant. But no card payment is accepted, only cash. No worries, the ATM machine is just 1 minute away from the restaurant.

Nice location on a shopping street very close to the Acropolis Museum. The waiter was very nice, prices are average and the Greek salad I had was good but not great!

AVOID! Keep walking and you'll likely find a better place to eat. Much like other restaurants in the EU, they charge for bread and water. We knew that. So after telling the server that we did NOT want the bread and olive spread, he said "don't worry it's complimentary". Okay fine. We don't touch it though. They print out and give you the bill after you order so we check it. Yes, of course we were charged 1.50E each for the bread. So I ask the server to take it off the bill and remove the bread from our table. Then he tells me it's the "cover charge" for sitting at a table outside. We argue for a bit and it was clear he wasn't going to back down. I would've given this place zero stars due to their attitude and service. But they did feed us after all. Chicken souvlaki for 12.00E. Overpriced for what you get. Too bad we didn't have wifi to check out reviews for this place before we sat down.

Food was great and sizeable portions.. Service was on a good level. What really didn't work for us is that they do not accept card payments. They also fail to inform of that when they sit you down. The refurbished house is done to a very good standard. If not the payment issue it would have been 5 stars. I would still come back cause the food was sooooo nice...

For a tourist destination, this spot has great , tasty food. Do not expect good presentation or service. But you will be satisfied. It seems like, in Greece, customer service is not really something they care about. Very few places we've gotten a good service. Over all, the restaurant is ok & if in a rush or tire from walking around, this is for you. Dishes in images uploaded, were really good. Specially the stuffed zucchini & traditional green beans. Enjoy & share your experience.
