Paradise of individualism! :) This "stone room" apartment has so much flair. Its not a big room but you have all the space you need. If you go outsite of the apartment you stand in the middle of a little "street" in the old town of chania. You can sit right in the front of your apartment to have your breaktfast and its the best place to start your day. Also you have a really beautiful terrace on the top of the house with a great view over chania, the old harbour and the lighthouse. Due to the lovely characteristic of Yannis and his parents, we always felt like we were home. You also need to ask yannis for some recommendations because he has some pretty good advises for you (dont need tripadviser here when you have yannis ;)) Based on a fact that during the end of the saison /covid-time we had the chance to also have a look at Yannis other apartments where you can stay if you are more than 2 people and its fascinating how they create such a nice atmosphere and space even its not that much space. You also can connect the stone room with the room next to it by unlooking a door. All in all we are more than happy to stayed in the stone room for our vacation in chania not only because of the nice looking room but also because Yannis is a really funny and symphatic person. We will sure coming back.

A sixth star is missing to be filled in! ******The studio was beautiful, excellent design, very functional, super clean, appealing, the communication was not only fast and helpful but also very fast. The location couldn't be better: in the middle of the most beautiful old town of Chania, yet so peaceful and silent. A great stay, we will be back!

The place is flawless, every little detail is well thought out and prepared for a nice stay. The room is spacious with lots of wall outlets, room for storage and nice amenities. Everything looks as in the photos, overall a great stay. It is well located right in the middle of the town, with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance.

One of the best places to stay in Chania. Great location in the heart of the old town in Chania, close to restaurants and shops. Nicely decorated and very clean room, super comfortable bed and stylish bathroom with shower. Thanks Gianni for the warm welcome and the tips during my stay. I will return to Chania soon and I will definitely stay in the same place!

Spotless and stylish rooms in old harbour, a gorgeous area of Chania. The terrace is all furnished with a fantastic view on the Mountains and the harbour-you can't beat that! Just great! As for the owners, they are amazing. No words to descibe their hospitality. Such perfect combination is Hard to find anywhere else.

Top choice and experience! Delicate modernization of an old beautiful city house with respect of the style of the original house, very tasteful and clean. Right in the heart of the old town, less than 3 minutes walk from everything. The hosts, and especially Yiannis, were truly friendly and very helpful with perfect communication. Totally recommend it and we'll be pleased to stay again!

Really friendly hosts with clean and modern rooms. An excellent place to serve as a launch pad for your adventures around the island. Our room was small but the space was used efficiently and the room was so nicely appointed. They've taken great care to soundproof the windows and the rooms are not on a main throughway so it was very quiet. Plus the bed was very very comfortable.
