s	stsalonica on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Όταν μπήκα στο κατάστημα δεν είχε κανέναν πελάτη. Ούτε ένας υπάλληλος δεν προθυμοποιήθηκε να με εξυπηρετήσει. Όταν πήγα σε κάποιον υπάλληλο (δεν θέλω να αναφέρω το όνομά του), με "εξυπηρέτησε" με πολύ μεγάλη απροθυμία. Σαν να μου έκανε μεγάλη χάρη και έπρεπε να τον παρακαλάω κάθε φορά που δεν μιλούσε και δεν μου έδινε τη δυνατότητα επιλογής. Στο τέλος χωρίς πολλές πολλές εξηγήσεις μου είπε ότι αυτό που ζητούσα (να αποκτήσω έναν καινούριο αριθμό τηλεφώνου) δεν γινόταν, επειδή... δεν κατάλαβα καν τι που είπε. Απαράδεκτος και δεν πρόκειται να ξαναπατήσω στο συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα. Ας γράφουν ως απάντηση "λυπούμαστε..." κλπ κλπ. When I entered the store it had no customers. Not a single employee was willing to serve me. When I went to an employee (I do not want to mention his name), he "served" me with great reluctance. As if he did me a great favor and I had to please him every time he did not speak and did not give me a choice. In the end without much explanation he told me that what I was asking for (to get a new phone number) could not be done, because ... I did not even understand what he said. Unacceptable and I am not going to tread on this particular store again. Let them write as an answer "we are sorry ..." etc etc.
D	Dimitris Vgdns on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Γενικά με τα καταστήματα Γερμανός στην πόλη είμαι πολύ δυσαρεστημένος αλλά στο συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα δεν έχω κανένα παράπονο.παντα εξυπηρετικοί. Generally with the Germanos stores in the city I am very unhappy but in this particular store I have no complaints. Always helpful.

Το απόγευμα που πήγα για την παραλαβή ήταν μόνο η συσκευή δυστυχώς μου είπαν έληξε η προσφορά! Τελικά αγόρασα το redmi Note 11 pro 4g σε λίγο χαμηλότερη τιμή! Προ ημερών πέρασα ξανά και η τιμή του έγραφε για το redmi note 11pro+5g 389 €από 429€ και είπα οκ θα τα πάρω ! Η απάντηση ήταν ξεχάσαμε να βγάλουμε το ταμπελακι ανέβηκε ξανά στα 429€ !!! Η πωλήτρια ήταν γλυκύτητα! Δεν φταίει! Υπεύθυνε του καταστήματος αν διαφωνείς έχεις το όνομα μου τηλέφωνο μου κάλεσε με! I pass by the store in the morning choosing a device , I order it for the same afternoon. Specifically device redmi note 11 pro + 5g 429 € with free headphones! The afternoon I went to pick it up was just the device unfortunately I was told the offer was over! Finally I bought the redmi Note 11 pro 4g at a slightly lower price! A few days ago I went again and the price was for the redmi note 11pro + 5g 389 € from 429 € and I said ok I will take them! The answer was we forgot to take out the label, it went up again to 429 € !!! The saleswoman was sweet! It's not his fault! Manager of the store if you disagree you have my name my phone call me!
R	Rebecca Stuart on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ελεος, προσπαθουν να παρασυρουν κοσμο πλασαροντας δηθεν προσφορες και οικονομικες συνδεσεις για κινητο, ενω στην ουσια κοροιδευουν και καταληγεις να πληρωνεις τα διπλα . Εκτος και αν εκεινοι εχουν τοσο λυμενα τα οικονομικα προβληματα τους , ωστε να δινουν το 1/5 του μισθου τους σε συνδεσεις κινητων και σταθερων. Επισης, ο εν λογω κυριος που τα πλασαρει αυτα και εχει μαλλον και θεση ανωτερη, ειρωνευεται και προσπαθει να θολωσει τα νερα λεγοντας ταχα οτι καναμε αλλη συμφωνια και οτι δεν καταλαβαμε καλα. ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ με αυτο το καταστημα και διπλοσκεφτειτε οτι διαφημιζουν!! Mercy, they try to seduce people by ostensibly offering offers and financial connections for mobile phones, while in fact they are fooling around and you end up paying double. Unless they have their financial problems so solved, that they give 1/5 of their salary to mobile and fixed connections. Also, the gentleman in question who places these and probably has a superior position, mocks and tries to blur the waters by saying quickly that we made another agreement and that we did not understand well. ATTENTION with this store and think twice that they advertise !!

Κρίμα να μην έχει ανάλογη πρέσα ο Γερμανός. Προφανώς ξέχασαν ότι ξεκίνησαν με μπαταρίες. They sold me a battery for a watch and gave it to me open ...
