v	vanessa antoniou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impressive old hammam turned into a 5-suites hotel. The suite with the private hammam offers a unique experience to the guest. The building itself is stunning. The decoration however suffociates the unique architecture. Massage treatments are available on request. Tasty breakfast. Convenient location. Polite staff. Improvements concerning cleaning service, amenities and attention to details would turn it into a beautuful small hotel.

G	Gareth Roberts on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here for a week, and thoroughly enjoyed it. Rooms, and there's only 5 or 6, are clean comfortable modern and very individual . Some have a kitchenette, an outside patio, or maybe a sauna as well. Breakfast is either Cretan, Greek, French, Turkish or English. All of them feature tasty fresh fruits, vegetables , cheese, yogurt and bread and can ensure you won't be hungry for at least 8 to 12 hrs. The staff are very nice, always helpful and willing This is an intimate cosy comfortable and individual small hotel with a big heart. It's located within the old town. Lots going on, and if you have a car, there's safe public parking within 5 to 8 minutes walk. I highly recommend it, and I'm sure to return one day
I	Irene Anousaki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful hotel and great stay at the Suite with hot tub. Tasty breakfast and hospitable hosts too. Some attention is needed in regards to 1) cleanliness in the bathroom and hot tub 2) mosquitoes. Some construction work is taking place at the building which makes the hot tub area non private, but for a single stay it did not bother us much.
J	Jelia Swann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Set in the heart of The Old Town, this hotel is a hidden gem. From our warm welcome from the owner George, we knew we were going to enjoy our stay. The rooms are all uniquely designed, clean and spacious. The housekeeper, Rula, was amazing and kept our rooms to a very high standard. Michael kept as well fed with amazing breakfasts every day of our stay and the owner's daughter Constantina was extremely helpful.and kind. The team are what make this hotel a wonderful experience. Our next stay in Crete will definitely include another stay at this hotel.
M	Martin Powis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rethymno keeps throwing up some real hidden gems of places to stay and the Hamam Oriental Suites are no exception. An unbelievably warm welcome on our arrival and very friendly hosts. There has been a lot of care and attention taken to refurbish this building, with each room having it's own unique character. We stayed in the Hyacinth apartment, with it's own outdoor jacuzzi and terrace, a nice place to relax and chill out. The apartment was huge and although we stayed as a couple, there's plenty of room for 4. There's everything you need in the room for a city stay and more. The place is maintained to high standards and it shows and the extra attention to hygiene for COVID was excellent. It was It's a shame we were only able to stay one night this time, but the next time we're in Rethymno we'll definitely be back. Revisited for a 2nd year and we were not disappointed, same warm welcome and great service

You can „touch“ the history from 17th century trough nowadays. This beautiful one gem is must see and must do experience ❤️
A	Autumn Fall on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect boutique hotel in the Ottoman quarters of Old Town Rethymno! The Dalia room was lovely with a built in sauna and a picturesque balcony. I would definitely recommend the hotel. Mihalis who runs the rooms is very attentive and caring! Cheers!
