Το μόνο μείον είναι ο χωματόδρομος που είναι κουραστικός με Ι.Χ. Lovely place with very good view of the Alkionides islands and Central Greece, with quite quiet. The only minus is the dirt road that is tiring with cars.

Οι εξαιρετικές τοιχογραφίες του δίκαια έχουν χαρακτηριστεί από τους ειδικούς ως ιστορικά κειμήλια. Παλαιότερα διέμεναν στη μονή πολλοί μοναχοί, ενώ η τοποθεσία είναι σπάνιας ομορφιάς συμβάλλοντας αναμφισβήτητα στην ψυχική ανάταση των προσκυνητών. Ο Γέροντας Νεκτάριος Μαρμαρινός υπήρξε μια μεγάλη μορφή της Ορθοδοξίας και της Κορινθίας.Το 1952 ίδρυσε την Ιερά μονή του Αγίου Παταπίου, ενώ το 1977 ίδρυσε την ανδρική μονή του Αποστόλου Παύλου στo όρος Γεράνεια, η οποία σήμερα είναι χωρίς μοναχούς και την ανδρική μονή του Αγίου Νικολάου του Νέου στο Μαλαγάρι της Περαχώρας, και την ανδρική μονή των τριών Ιεραρχών στην Περαχώρα κοντά στο Λουτράκι.Το λείψανο του Αγίου με ευλάβεια φυλάσσεται στον Ιερό Ναό του Αγίου Νικολάου του Νέου στην Θήβα (συνοικία Τάχι). Πολλές φορές ευωδιάζει, θεραπεύει, ενισχύει, παρηγορεί και φανερώνει πως η Χάρις του Θεού παραμένει ανεξίτηλη στο σώμα, ακόμα και μετά θάνατον και ότι είναι τεκμήριο και προοίμιο της μελλούσης Αναστάσεως και αφθαρσίας, ενώ κάθε Τετάρτη ψάλλεται η Παράκληση του Αγίου μας ενώπιον Του.
