★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked a car for 3 days to explore creta. After the flight and arrival in heraklion "Rosi" an Employee of intercars was already waiting for us at the Airport Entrance. She guided us to the car which took like 2minutes walking to it.Rosi was a very nice and Friendly Person. She gave us a map from creta and Made circles around cities that are worth to Visit. We got her number and had been in touch with her on Whatsapp. Rosi answeres extremely fast and helps you with anything . The car we got was very new and made no problems. The rental price was very good for high season. Thank you for the wonderful service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having rented a car on holiday every year, this is no doubt the best company we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They make you feel like you are their sole priority and nothing is too much trouble. We will only use InterCars when we visit Crete.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented a Fiat Punto for 2 weeak at high season. Great service, easy communication, no problem with pick up or drop off. Full insurance for the car. The car itself had about 100k km on odometer and requires some service in my opinion. Rear doors did not open from the first time, the locks need lubrication.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiona and I have been using Intercars regularly for the last 3 years. We have booked cars for collection at the airport and have always had a speedy and prompt service with and added smile. We also rent cars from their Gouves office and continue to receive a professional and friendly service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took a three day hire after the rep at the Island Hotel couldn't provide.... give dues, she did point me towards the car hire company at the back of the hotel. Everything was 1st class and hassle free.... and 50 Euro cheaper than going through the rep ! Car was basic but that's all I wanted. Air conditioning worked a treat. Did over 800k on about €70 of fuel. Brilliant!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a Fiat Panda that worked just find. This is a family business and they take time to explain everything in a very simple way (insurance, fuel..). They are always available. A big thanks to Panos for the great recommadations.

Everything had been agreed beforehand,I had the confirmation email from the Pana guy(asked him x2 to be sure),however when I landed there was noone,calling them 3 times with no success.(Whatsup-no response).
Finally managed to reach the Ceo/customer service (joke) - and he told me I had not provided him with some information and hung up on me.
If you want a peace of mind,dont you ever contact this company. Waste of time and efforts.
