★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you pay for a suite and pay triple the room rates , and the room is basement level and the deliveries are literally by your front door
And you question the front desk, guess what the response is, oh really I don’t know .
If you’re looking for a nice place , don’t look here .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend the place, mainly because of the two lovely Sophia's at the reception. Definitely ask them for advice on road trips and restaurants! Anyway, thumbs up for the entire staff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very welcoming staff, at reception and at the breakfast. Good accomodation, very nice pool with poolbar, very good sunbeds. Nice small meals at pool and beachbar, roomsare recently renewed, good hard beds and proper cleaning. Our stay was very enjoyable! Recommended location very close to the beach. Excellent beach for kids,very long shallow beach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location just 50 meters from the beach. The personnel were eager to help, felt protected from covid all the times. The hotel it self was spotless in all locations. Ladies cleaning all public spaces all the time. The pool has a small additional pool for kids. Hospitality wise I was impressed and i am Greek. Food was great. Breakfast was great with quite a lot of options but the same each day. Has 3 other places to get something to eat I the hotel. Poolside, sea side and garden. Highly recommended and perfect for families with children. Glad that I chose to end my vacation with a visit in Zakynthos kalamaki Beach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and other 4 friends booked a semi-based apartment on Feb 2022 for vacation planned on June 2022 through booking website.
Our booking was a non refundable one and we were aware of not getting money back in case the trip was stopped for any reason.
One week later we had journey changes by Ryanair, myself had to fly and leave on same day since the flying company cancelled many dates.
We tried to call the hotel by phone, to reach them by email and we never had a reply for weeks.
We then tried to contact Booking Assistance in order to help us, sending our cancelled flights too, letting them know it would have been not possible to control the situation, highlighting that we were giving 4 months of warning.
Hotel never responded to us neither to Booking Assistance and so we then tried again through the Booking Assistance team to help us contacting directly the hotel.
They replied they couldn’t refund us with NO explanations, having an insensitive behavior, when they are usually fully booked and this reservation could have been made by someone else very quickly. Also, they lost clients for no reason!
Worst experience ever!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend and I booked a room at their hotel back in February, aiming to go to Zante from 9th to 12th of June, conscious of the terms and conditions and the no cancellation policy (stressing this point again because the hotel's reply at my feedback is just a sad attempt to demonstrate we did not understand or really paid attention when we completed the booking when It Is not the case, we were absolutely aware of the no cancellation policy).
Unfortunately though, Ryanair cancelled our flights towards the end of February, offering alternatives on other dates not Ideal for us. Due to the unforeseen situation, we immediately reached out to the hotel explaining what happened, sharing evidence of the flight's change and kindly asked if they could consider a free cancellation, at least for part of the amount paid.
We called and sent several messages (First message sent on 24th of February and rejection without a message to explain their reasons received beginning of March only, again to prove that what stated by the owner in their reply It Is not true, they did not reply immediately and they didn't even pick up the phone) and never really received an answer for a while, until one day they simply reject our request without even a message. At that point, we decided to escalate this with Booking who could not do much more besides trying to explain the circumstance once again, ending up receiving the same "treatment". I appreciate and respect that the no cancellation policy was clear from the start but, not only we were ignored - we are guests, a minimum of touch on how they dealt with us should have been the minimum - but with 4 months ahead of the planned holiday, they could have easily found someone else interested in their hotel who would have replaced our booking. If this Is how they treat their guests, i would avoid this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely place with clean rooms and exceptionally friendly staff. Mavra and Sofia were always super helpful and nice. Same goes for the affiliated restaurant. Excellent food for a very good price and super nice waitress Natasha. We loved it and will definitely come back!
