A	Andrew Brian Atkinson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After booking this on reviews . We arrived my partner sat on the bed to change her shoes and the bed collapsed. After telling the receptionist he looked sent the handyman 30 minutes later came said he can repair this piece of rubbish on the floor. The receptionist started laughing to which i became annoyed and insisted on a room change. Not a happy bunny for the first night.
E	Emma O'hara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely gorgeous. Been going to kalamaki for years, never stayed here until last year. Now wouldn't go anywhere else. You got the beach 2 minuets away & the high street at the top of the road. The staff and cleaners are lovely! Very helpful. Food is basic but for what you pay you can't moan! Only downside is the air con isn't very good but really really couldn't fault it otherwise, we have already booked our holiday back for next year! Can't wait.

P	Pavla D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great example how terrible staff can ruined average accommodation Me and my family regularly spend holidays in Greece for more than 20 years. It was our 10th stay at Zakynthos island, but we have never experienced such a rude staff before. Passively aggressive unwilling superior behavior from each staff member starting with receptionist and ending with manager. Extra fees for everything. Cleaning ladies working more like security guards, checking your room rather than cleaning it (taking out the trash every second day in country, where you can’t flush used toilet paper is pretty disgusting). Yes, this hotel is maybe cheap and your stay is not about the staff, but it is almost impossible to have a smooth holiday in here, so you can't avoid dealing with them. In conclusion, I am not recommending this hotel to anybody. The owner should be less greedy and rather take care of his hotel and employees.
A	Adrian Walters on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel may be basic but you get what you pay for,All the staff are very friendly must say not a bad one here,location is brilliant 5mins from kalamik beach and main street full of bars and restaurants,pool bar was great good food decent prices all round and hotel and grounds was spotless clean our room was a good size for a studio apartment second floor over looking gardens and pool,this hotel is brilliant for planes spotted right on flight path for airport,will snow to all staff

We had room 101 ground level,which was dark and dreary and had no outlook and felt damp as no sun filtered through. We asked to be moved but reception could not accommodate! We had no view from our outdoor space as it was underground. We would certainly go back but ask for upper floor poolside view. Thankyou to all staff and owners.
