4 of us stayed for a week we were made to feel welcome as soon as we got of the coach, excellent staff, food, location and facilities enjoyed it so so much we've booked for next year,yammas ????

Very nice hotel, staff very friendly and helpful, food great with something to please everyone. Only negative is that the tea cups are much too small, mugs would be a great thing to someone who only drinks tea.

Got this holiday at a bargain last minute deal with TUI. Flights and transfers very good. ARRIVAL We were greeted with the friendly receptionist who put on our all inclusive wristband. We hired a safe and payed for air conditioning, plus the tourist tax, all quite a reasonable price and given our key to a third floor room, just up a staircase which with cases wasn’t the best but the staff are so accommodating that I’m sure they would assist you if needed. The room had a lovely balcony, with three sets of doors, a mesh to keep the creepy crawlies out, slats to give you fresh air and the glass. The balcony had the usual two chairs and a table, overlooking a very nice pool with sun loungers. The beds were reasonably comfortable. The wardrobe was an open one and the room had a basic few draws. Fridge and a decent television were also there. BATHROOM Had a fantastic shower, stretched across the whole bathroom, also had a toilet. If your a bit shy, you might not like the frosted glass panels that were between the bathroom and the bedroom, you could definitely see the outline of a person using the bathroom and toilet, not everyone’s choice! Unfortunately, the sink was just outside the bathroom in the bedroom and although the shower was great, I think I would’ve preferred a bathroom with everything in it, without the glass panels. Room and whole hotel, very clean, couldn’t fault the cleanliness. DINING ROOM Food not everyone’s choice and not the hottest, however there was always something you could eat and there was a microwave you could use. Nothing in the restaurant to dress up for, a bit like a large cafe but if you’ve only come for a relaxing break, it’s just the ticket. OUTDOOR AND ENCLOSED AREA If you don’t smoke your area is probably by the bar inside. Every other nice space was given over to smokers except perhaps at mealtimes. Perhaps this could be looked at by the hotel by doing more non smoking areas? The bar had the usual local drinks, I drank the lager and I would probably have to drink two gallons of it to feel a bit tipsy, although it did have a pleasant taste. Wine on tap, help yourself. ENTERTAINMENT There was entertainment in the case of, I believe he was called a fakir? He lay on broken glass and nail beds and was a fire eater, very good at what he did. One night they also had bingo. The staff are great, they work hard and nothing too much trouble for them. AREA The hotel was about 7 minutes walk from the ‘strip’, as was a bus to Zante town, which I went to one day, although the buses aren’t that well timed. I walked along the beach to Laganas, it took about 50 minutes. I got tickets in the fun train for a few hours out in Tsilvi and went to Olive press factory in Lithakia, calling in at a ceramic workshop on the way, both good trips costing about €12 each return. Return flight, 40 minutes late but that wasn’t too much of a hardship. All in all, a fantastic weeks relaxing break at a very pleasant hotel and I would definitely recommend it, you get what you pay for so don’t go looking for luxury.

Stayed at the rose land for a 4 night break and the hotel was amazing. The rooms are very comfortable and clean with tv and fridge, you can pay extra for air conditioning and wi-if. The shower was the best shower that I have experienced aboard always hot water and very powerful. The food was good plenty of variety but a bit repetitive, we choose to eat out in the evening but we love traditional Greek food. The hotel is close to the beach about a 10 min walk so perfect to walk back to have lunch, it is also very close to shops and restaurants. The drinks did taste a bit flat but the beer was drinkable but I have never been all inclusive before so have nothing to compare it with. The pool area is clean and there were plenty of sun beds but in high season i think it could be quite crowded but we were at the beach most of the time. Staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back and stay here again.

A little gem!! Small friendly hotel. Very clean. Good variety of food. Great value for money. And close to beach. And the strip. Will definitely return. Bit more entertainment would have been lovely. But not a deal breaker

Amazingly friendly staff, they could often be seen hugging the guests and playing with the kids. This is the only hotel I've been in where I've felt the need to send a thank you card to the staff. The reception know all the local tour guides and can undercut the price of your main tour providers (we saved £20pp on our Tui trips) The rooms are very clean and the food was of excellent quality. With only a 10 minutes walk to the beach I'll definitely be back

We had a lovely time. Very clean hotel. Staff are brilliant, friendly, happy and are always happy to help. The food was nice and good selection across breakfast,lunch and dinner. The one thing that let it down was the drinks. Very basic brands some not so great. We simply brought our own from the shop and kept in the room fridge. Great location, close to restaurants, shops, car hire, beach. Would recommend to couples, small family's x

Just returned from our first holiday in Greece ??, we couldn't have asked for a better place to have stayed. We loved every minute of it. Ideal position, not far from the beach, or main strip.. Place was so well kept, rooms were spotless. Food was delicious, and all of the staff were very helpful, especially the girls behind the bar bar. ?. We will definitely be back to see you all again soon.
