★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good variety of food, staff are very friendly and helpful. Close to all amenities and Kalamaki beach. Good place for a relaxing holiday, only down point was a large tree blocked our view from balcony and the neighbours were smoking on the balcony which stopped us spending as much time getting fresh air as we would usually door.
The hotel itself is lovely and well cared for

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bitzaro Grande was an amazing hotel, wish we could have stayed longer, everything about the hotel was spot on. The rooms were lovely and spacious, the bath, shower room and toilet was clean, the floor was polished concrete so didn't have to think about the grime in between tiles. The safe comes as part of the room, tea and coffee facilities, fridge, robes and slippers plus the beds were comfortable. The maid came in every day even though we were only there for 4 nights. There is a small kids pool, a jacuzzi, shallow pool and on the other side of the bridge is a deeper pool.
We ate breakfast in the restaurant, had lunch at the pool bar then went out to local restaurants for dinner each day. There was no activities which was nice as we were happy relaxing, in the evening there was background music on in the bar and outdoor seating area. Didn't hear anyone else during the night and we were right next to the lift! I would love to go back there with the family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are staying here at the moment have another week and a half to go. I must say our friends who we have come away with who recommend the Bitzaro Grande have not disappointed us. The Hotel, the staff, the food have all been top quality. A mixture of British, Dutch, German guests very few children. Would highly recommend the hotel to friends and family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a really nice stay. Hotel clean, staff friendly. Rooms spacious and kept spotless. Food good apart from in our opinion not hot enough. Pool and bar area spot on. Kalamaki had plenty of varied bars. All in all a good break.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything was great at the hotel, service and staff, really helpful, good food options and a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Some plane noise but nothing annoying, plenty of places to get out to as well. Only reasons not a 5 star rating is the extra restaurant was delayed in opening and the drinks selection was a bit limited for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely hotel, the staff were amazing. Cleanliness was 100%. The only reason it’s only 4 stars is because the food could have been much better. Breakfast variety was lacking, lunch and dinner was good but again lacked Greek Food varieties. Most disappointing was the quality of the snack bar. Dessert on the other hand was on point, amazing. Definitely worth visiting and a great future potential!
