We had a classic double room which was upgraded free of charge to a larger room next to the pool and a jacuzzi bath and well. Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming! Only thing I would point is that we had to pay for our drinks in the restaurant but overall a very pleasant experience, would recommend to anyone who's travelling to Crete and wants a relaxing holiday. The view from the hotel is amazing as well!

C	Crystal King on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We arrived late and the credit card name didn't match the reservation, manos was at the front desk ,and he was rude and told us to pay again because our tour guides credit card didn't match my reservation. He held us up for 1 hour or more until we finally paid again.The food was terrible, breakfast was included and the food was inedible. There was a man over the buffet pacing back and forth like a guard dog .This place was our last stop in Greece, we started in Athens, Mykonos, Naxos ,Paros,Santorini and lastly Crete. Please reconsider your stay here, this was the worst experience of my life .We were told by a taxi driver that they don't like Americans ,I would Give 0 stars if I could .
H	HP on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service from all of the team is great, the rooms are a bit shabby and need to be updated. As this is a resort where some customers choose all inclusive and some don't there are menus, bar drinks that are not included in the all inclusive package - fine for us but have read some negative reviews which I can't understand. Beech cabanas are either included with the room you book (i.e already reserved for you) otherwise cost 20 Euro of available per day. Ok with us and seems reasonable. Food at the buffet is ok and had enough variety for the size of resort. The si la was excellent but swell foods was disappointing. Spa was good value but again does needs a bit of maintenance. 5 Star service is the most memorable part of the stay from all of the staff and management team

The food was just amazing!! Everything was just on point!! You really feel like a welcomed and a well taken care of customer at this Hotel ?

Rooms are more like a 2 star hotel. Ac doesn't really work and furniture in room old, stained, . Bed was comfy and place was clean. Good internet.

The views were beautiful and the food on the property was also very good - we ate at all restaurants on the property. Staff was helpful and pleasant as well. Our only complaints were the ocean water had a bad odor to it, it smelled polluted; and the hotel sits close to the airport underneath an airline path… you have planes flying over head every few minutes and it is very loud since they are getting ready to land nearby. Other than that, we were happy with our stay.

So I would definitely choose a bungalow or a suite. Pool area and beach very good. There is also a warm indoor pool which was super nice! Food was amazing, every night different food, a lot of verity. Staff was helpful and nice. Special thanks to Nina, other ladies and a man from the restaurant area, the guy who brought water was also very friendly. They also have a hotel dog!!
