Bread baked 3 days ago, french fries from frozen potatoes, octopus not fresh but canned, eggplant salad left out of the fridge And you will get ripped off in the bill. Go to the restaurant at your own risk

Refers to the restaurant only: Great view over the beautiful beach. Stuff is friendly, as long as they expect to make big money with you. If you only order a dessert and a drink, the friendlyness is gone. Also when the restaurant is well visited, the stuff is overloaded and becomes rude

The beach side of Koukis is the pearl of Agios Nikolaos and probably Vasiliko in general. Sunbeds set is offered for €14. Shallow calm sea and some privaxy from the main beach.

The location is fantastic, situated on the best public beach on the island. As I come from accommodation back ground having no amenities in the rooms like water glasses and tea and coffee or just a kettle makes no sense when you are paying 180€ per night. The staff work hard and are very helpful, breakfast well I suppose that’s what they call a continental breakfast. Help yourself and take your own dishes to the counter. The hotel has a pool and they make the most amazing Mojitos. Would I stay here again, yes I would but ask for their self catering section. One of the reasons why this hotel doesn’t get 4 is that their WiFi is to terrible for words.

Taking into account price, beach proximity/scenery, hotel taverna, stuff friendliness, this one of the best hotels in Zakynthos. We had a very large room with a splendid view. There were also some minor problems. The breakfast was a disaster, not only fee things to pick of, but also poor quality. For 1 -2 days is ok, but more is impossible. The beach bar was a flop, how can you serve aperol spritz without aperol! The rooms were new renovated but with poor quality materials, the attention to details is completely missing. In the end I recommend it to large families with small children.

Such a great place to hide during your holiday. Very spacious and clean rooms with the own place to cook if you don't take an all inclusive option. Me and my friends had a wonderful time out there. The swimming pool in front of the hotel that you can swim in until late evening hours. 50 meters to the beach, one of the most beautiful in Zakintos. Smiling and very helpful staff. Delicious food in the taverna and great drinks at the bar. Massive thanks to the bartender!! (respect ourselves, it's not a good place for people who drinks sprite after shot of tequilla :D) We will defenitely back next year!! Ευχαριστώ!!!

This is the worst hotel. Beautiful beach in front and in the back a nightmare of two dogs ( spaniel type) kept on the Chain, in full sun, without the possibility of hiding in the shade, without access to drinking water. Both dogs are very friendly, when I came over to pour them water, they were happy to see me, they let themselves be stroked. They even asked to be touched. They are separate from each other. One is completely hidden in the corner, on a short leash. It all takes place literally 150m from a beautiful beach, swimming pool, from people who lie on sunbeds (for which they have to pay a large amount). How do i know that? because I was walking by as the dog was barking a lot at the fence, I looked there and saw a dog tied to a string, standing over a hole in which a tiny kitten was lying (I think it fell in there and couldn't get out). The dog called for someone to help the little kitten. I went to the hotel staff asking them to react to the kitten and give the dogs a drink. I heard OK OK. I said that kitty is dying over there. No reaction. I went in alone and took the kitten out of the hole and the dogs caressed as much as I could. I gave them water to drink. Yes, the area was quite large, and these two wonderful dogs were friendly, cute, delightful, doomed to suffer in captivity, at a temperature of 40 * C without drinking water, they could only move along the string. one of the dogs could not even walk more than 1 meter. he was pinned so shortly!
