E	Eve Powell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a fantastic stay at the bay hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating all week and the vibe was very relaxed. The pool area is so beautiful, very chic and elegant, with the best sunbeds I've ever been on and the most amazing spot right next to the beach. The food was also to a high standard. Everything was really fresh and tasty. We especially liked the cocktails and fresh juices that the pool bar made and it was all reasonably priced. Its also in a perfect spot in vasilikos which has the best beaches on the whole island. It's nice and secluded and incredible peaceful as well. Overall I thought it was fantastic and I would recommend it to anyone coming to Zakynthos.

Food was excellent! Rich breakfast & dinner buffet and delicious dishes at the pool restaurant. The room was beautiful, really clean with a nice view to the sea. Extremely friendly staff everywhere and very cautious with Covid measures. Everything was perfect!!!
C	Carol Naville on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently enjoyed 2 weeks at the hotel. The locations was perfect, on a really nice beach in the best area of Vassilikos on the island. The room was comfortable, bed perfect, linens as well, lots of storage space. Good housekeeping, nice balcony, big fridge, good breakfast buffet, The staff was very friendly and accommodating in the restaurant and for suggested trips. On the negative side, small bathroom, no hot water late nights, weak shower pressure, no sound for CNN ( satellite problem), restricted dining hours and only buffet dinners ( which we didn’t reserve). Good restaurants within walking distance open much later than 9PM , closing hour at the hotel). Good fitness room but sauna and jacuzzi were closed due to Covid. Tennis courts seemed to have nets too high. All In all, we were very happy with our stay and would fully recommend it, especially for the beach.

Its private beach and swimming pool can keep you entertained all day long. Alternatively, the picturesque Gerakas beach is only 5’ away. Our room was very spacious, clean and quite (sea view). The hotel’s staff were always polite, friendly and eager to help out. The food was excellent in both breakfast and at the beach bar. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Zakinthos who’s looking to relax in comfort.

The staff, location, beach and pool everything was fantastic. The breakfast and dinner buffet gave us a true authentic taste of the Greek Mediterranean cuisine with many various delicious dishes. For lunch we enjoyed the pool restaurant’s very tasty meals overlooking the beautiful beach and pool. Very clean rooms, engaging and responsive staff. This hotel deserves true recognition as a destination resort and we will definitely be back in the end of this summer.

It is a beautiful hotel, very well kept and in a great location! Surrounded by green mountains and with its own sandy private beach you feel you are in paradise! The food is very nice both at the buffet and at the pool restaurant. Breakfast is very rich with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. The hotel has an over all very relaxing and chill vibe with a lot of class and style! It is exactly what we were looking for, and will definitely be back very soon!
