Best Hotel in Greece

I	Ibel S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our trip to Greece was great, but the best experience was Kritikakis Village Hotel. The staff is the best example of costumer service excellence. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms and the pools are very relaxing. But I cannot stop praising the staff and the manager. There was a storm and the ferries were not working, the made sure we were safe and happy, with big and little details. This is, without a doubt, the best experience with a hotel I've ever had. Thank you so much to the receptionists (both of you, specially!), manager, breakfast, cleaning and pool staff. Whenever in the Islands, explore the beautiful Ios and stay in this hotel, totally recommended!!
O	Once Upon a Journey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed at the Kritikakis Village Hotel at the beginning of June 2021 for two nights and absolutely loved our stay. The island just started to open up again, and we couldn’t have wished for a better place to stay at. The staff at the Kritikakis Village Hotel is so friendly, and they take all the COVID-19 measurements seriously. We enjoyed the swimming pools and loved how convenient the hotel is located, walking distance from the port, and many shops and restaurants. Perfect Wi-Fi, good food, friendly staff, comfortable room, what else do we need! We hope we will come back to the Ios and Kritikakis Village Hotel one day.
P	Pépito Sanchez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel wasn’t like it was described on their website or pictures : we specifically booked for a room with a sea view, which we didn’t have at all. The view was only partially on the sea and we had a huge electric panel in front of our view, letting us see just a little corner of the sea. When we asked the staff if it wasn’t a mistake, they told us that it was the best view they had and the only way they found to meet our demand was for us to pay even more for an an other pricier room. The shower was broken, the water clogged so quickly that every time we took a 5 min shower it ran outside the bathroom and wet the entire room. The cleaning was supposed to be done everyday but wasn’t made very thoroughly. More than that we also paid for a private balcony and ended up having our balcony in front of the playground… not that peaceful for a private one. Every picture that is shown for the « deluxe studio » is only from one room and it’s not the one that they give you.

The staff is very friendly and informative, in fact they gave us a detailed presentation about the places to visit in the Island which was awesome! The room provides everything one can need free of charge(even masks sanitizers and welcome drinks and fresh fruits), the bed is pretty comfortable and everything is very clean and well organised. There is also a very nice pool with an amazing view which also has a pool bar to meet your every need. We also tried the breakfast which was very good considering the low price of only 8 euros! We had a great 5day stay with no problems whatsoever. I definitely highly recommend it!
T	Takis Kal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 stars are not enough. For my first vacation after the lockdown, I chose the best place. Very clean and hygienic service by friendly staff but discreet as well. The breakfast, freshly handmade with local products is the perfect way to start your day. A swim at the swimming pool after is mostly pleasant, the water so clean that birds drink it. One night there was some problem with hot water, they took care of it right away. At a glance, I saw toys and games for kids, baby cots also, so the place is great for a family. The kid pool is also a charm. The hotel is built like a small village with steps which adds to its charm, but is not suitable for wheelchair users. I wish I could find more hotels like this.
V	Vanessa D. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice hotel, we booked the Deluxe Suite and had a very nice stay, where we felt comfortable from the beginning! Also very clean and hygienic!! Very good located and good service! The only „bad“ thing was the breakfast which we did not like that much, but it was no problem as we just had breakfast somewhere else or simply got something from the bakery at the port 2 min away walking distance. We would definitely come back!

C	Chalane on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stunning pool! Upon checking in we were given vouchers for welcome drinks at the pool bar. They were amazing. One thing to be conscious of is staff is very strict with towels so be mindful with any dirt, makeup, or food. Other than that it’s a great location close to port and has a bus stop right in front.
