★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude, unfriendly and unresponsive desk officer at Heraklion port quickly cured us of any desire to book an excursion with them. This is most definitely NOT the way to encourage tourists back...

Young, unfriendly and rude woman. My criticism is correct. Up to you to do something.

OK, I can understand is because of the coronavirus but she could be more discreet. They just lost a very good customer…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When due to Covid I could not travel, they gave me the option of a refund on my ferry ticket or an open ticket for future use. 18 months later I saw no likelyhood of traveling on that ferry in the future and requested a refund. There was no hesitation and the money was in my bank within the week.
That is customer service not often found these days, they are well recommended.
