Pick up at Athens Airport and drop off at the ferry port, no issue at all. They were there on time and everything was smooth. The car was not new but in very good shape. I definitely recommend.

We had all the answers we needed, and always in a very friendly way. We are young people, with debit card, and they trusted us to take care of the car. Someone waited for us at the airport, with the car, so we could directly drive to where we wanted to. During the rent, someone tried to steal our stuff in the car, which was parked. The person broke the lock with a screwdriver or something (unsuccessfully), so we were afraid of having to pay additional charges, as we didn’t pay for any insurance. We called the office in Athens, they told us not to worry. We returned the car, and we didn’t have to pay anything more. To recap, all the team was very kind, spoke very good English and French, it was a pleasure not to worry and to drive a very good and new car. We recommend it 200 %.

When we walked into Vassilis' office however, he was so happy to help to allow us to see the temple of Poseidon for a very reasonable price. He took a risk there, knowing it was his final car and he would really need it back at 08:30 the next day.. The car was great, fantastic airconditioning, very clean, perfect brakes. We had a wonderful day! But the next day our car was stuck in the parking garage until 10:00. Vassilis was incredibly helpful in the process even though we caused him a big problem that day. All was sorted and we enjoyed another wonderful day in Athens. To me true customer service is shown when a problem occurs and I never have received better service. Seriously, you will not regret renting a car here!

All findings were true, for example the Agent was waiting for us in the airport. Full insurance is really full - without any exclusions. Car that we had wasn't new but everything was working OK (engine, air-conditioning, etc.). FORD was comfortable and looked good (my wife love its colour :)). The price was much better then in big, international rental agency. I really recommend @Capital Rent a Car. Thanks!

We got our car at the hotel in Athens, all on time, went to three islands and mainland Greece and returned after 10 days at the Athens airport. Vassilis patiently and very promptly answered all my emails and questions and a time change of car delivery wasn't a problem. The ferry insurance supplement was very reasonable. We were very happy with this personal approach.
