ΑΠΑΡΆΔΕΚΤΟΙ ... By far, the worst ones leave you without internet for 2 months and when you despair and you go to another company, they allegedly make a hasty and legal lawsuit against me ... UNACCEPTABLE ...

Δυστυχώς έχω κάνει το λάθος δύο χρόνια να είμαι συνδρομητής στον χειρότερο πάροχο στην Ελλάδα,δεν έχω φτάσει ούτε στο ένα δέκατο την ταχύτητα που πληρώνω,σε καμία επικοινωνία με την εταιρία δεν με εξυπηρέτησαν, αντιθέτως είναι Απαράδεκτοι σε συμπεριφορά και αντανακλαστικά,ο μόνος τρόπος είναι καταγγελίες σε όλους τους αρμόδιους φορείς,όπως ΕΕΤΤ, συνήγορος καταναλωτή ,επίσης ανάρτηση των εμπειριών και των αξιολογήσεων σε όλες τις σχετικές σελίδες με τεχνολογία ίντερνετ κτλ. The rating is for the scammers of the parent company and not for the store. Unfortunately I have made the mistake of being a subscriber to the worst provider in Greece for two years, I have not reached even one tenth of the speed I pay for, in any communication with the company they have not served me, on the contrary they are Unacceptable in behavior and reflexes, the only way is complaints to all competent bodies, such as EETT, consumer ombudsman, also posting experiences and evaluations on all relevant pages with internet technology, etc.
s	sissy pirrou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Όλα καλά και όλα ωραία αρκεί να μην χρειαστείτε τεχνική βοήθεια.΄Ήδη είμαι 6 ημέρες χωρίς τηλέφωνο και μου λένε ότι το πρόβλημα θα λυθεί σε 24 ώρες ή θα μου τηλεφωνήσουν σε μία ώρα το πολύ και όσο πήραν εσάς πήραν και μένα. All is well and all is well as long as you do not need technical assistance. I am already 6 days without a phone and they tell me that the problem will be solved in 24 hours or they will call me in an hour at most and as long as they took you they took me too.

Το 2ο αστέρι επειδή έχει μια συμπαθέστατη κοπέλα και εξυπηρετική. "Let's hit the plateau for consolation" .... ironic phrase of the owner, when you have been overcharged and you are looking for a solution. The 2nd star because he has a very nice girl and helpful.
A	Argiris Gerakis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καλή εξυπηρέτηση. Αν δεν έχει πολύ κόσμο υπάρχει άμεση εξυπηρέτηση. Καλή ωρα νωρίς το πρωί. Τo προσωπικό ευγενικό. Τεχνολογικά όχι και τόσο καρτατισμενοι.. για θέματα λογαριασμών πληρωμών είναι οκ. Η πρόσβαση εύκολη αλλά το παρκάρισμα στην περιοχή λόγω εμπορικού δρόμου δύσκολο Good service. If it is not crowded there is immediate service. Good time early in the morning. The staff polite. Technologically not so carded .. for payment account issues it is ok. Access is easy but parking in the area due to a shopping street is difficult

l	lefteris thomatos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the nova store in Ilion where I signed a two-year contract for their 100 Mbps home internet service for only 29 euro a month. Unfortunately their speed rarely goes over 31mbps with plenty of bugs and freeze ups..Dont bother calling customer service ,they'll have you on hold for an hour. and just tell you that the area lines are at fault. I feel such an idiot for leaving OTE which might be bit more expensive but very trustworthy

This summer just after the renewal of my contract NOVA guide broke down, it hasn't been fixed yet, and now my new DELL laptop won't connect to the internet. At DELL's they told me it's NOVA's fault. I called there, waited 17 minutes and then they told me they would call back. They never did. Fortunately my old desktop works. No TV, no internet. This is obviously the new face of NOVA!
