B	Brice T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simply dishonest!! Although it was indicated that the sun chairs were free for customers, we paid 8€ for the umbrella (price displayed nowhere). Bad joke. By the way, we were 4, took 4 drinks, and used only 2 sun chairs for 15 min (2 of us were on the beach). Pitiful. 0 star would have been much better well-deserved. A shame.

We ordered our lunch there in order to use the sun chairs and when the waiter arrived with the food he charged us 10€ more, he could have said before, but at this moment we couldn’t do anything but pay it. Pitiful

F	Flav M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not go here - choose elsewhere!!! Beach chairs are good and the beach is nice. However, the positive points stop there. We would not recommend ordering food and drink. The premix “Coke Zero” is undrinkable. We asked for new ones and they were equally terrible (flat and watery). We then asked for water instead and the waiter ignored us. We would’ve been able to let it go more easily if the glass of Coke was not €2.50 each. Greek salad was below average. The olives were unlike any that we have had elsewhere on Crete and were awful (they were squishy and tasted like off red wine). The waiter did not give us bill or a receipt just said the total amount and expected us to take his word for it. He was rude and very pushy about payment, which made the whole experience quite unpleasant. A definite let down compared to some of the other amazing beach cafes we have been to on Crete.

After explaining to him that I already paid for them upstairs in the restaurant he said that can't be, he's the only one renting out the sunbeds. I paid at the bar next to him (they offer free softdrinks if you pay for a sunlounger set). Sure - was my mistake / misunderstanding to sit on the wrong chair.. But the way he approached us was very rude / unfriendly. Maybe they should mark the loungers better, or state the rules at the beach if it's so important. Was not a busy day to begin with. So we just switched chairs and solved that. Anyway, was glad that I chose the other bar in the end - though really would have enjoyed a cocktail, too.
E	Elias Crum on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The people working at the beach (see photo) hardly speak English and are commanding for payment, while ‘forgetting’ to return change. ‘You pay me €8 now!’. When you give them €10, the can’t find change and ‘will come back in 2 minutes’. Nice old trick. This was an ‘un-Greek’ and bad experience for me. Better find a bed and drink at one of the neighboring beach restaurants, where beds are free for customers instead of demanding and unfriendly staff. Addition after reaction by owner: when told the truth they threaten to sue you. Sad people and it shows their hospitality. We have waited at least 1 hour for change. No way they wanted to come back to us. That would have avoided this review, which costs the owner probably 100 times more. Avoid this place!
A	ADY on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The waiter is friendly ,sunbeds are okey,the beach is not so nice but the panoramic sea view is fantastic . The food is good and not expensive. SUNBEDS COST 10 EURO .
