★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the good fortune of being referred to Eftihis of Pirenis Rentals and we are happy for this referral. The pricing was considerably better than all the other pricing we received and once we made arrangements, we met Eftihis at Chania (CHQ) Airport upon arrival and, within less than ten minutes, we were on our way with a brand new vehicle that served us quite well for two months! Before we parted, Eftihis provided maps and many excellent recommendations for dining, sights and beaches. If we had any questions at all, we would WhatsApp to Eftihis and, within a very few minutes, he would reply with a complete explanation or solution (we had absolutely no problems whatsoever)! Upon arrival in Chania, we met up with Eftihis at our apartment and, within moments, we handed over the rental vehicle and we were happily settled in for a week in the port, no need for a car.
This was a wonderful collaboration, Eftihis followed through on everything he told us, was prompt at meeting up and equally as prompt in collecting the vehicle. I cannot imagine any other car rental company being as flexible and helpful. I would totally recommend Pirenis rentals to anyone considering renting a vehicle in Crete, especially long-term!
