Rather pay a bit more and go somewhere decent. Where should I start. The hotel itself looks quite ok, obviously very oldish at times but sufficient enough. The food is horrible, you get everyday the same things and it's seriously the worst all-inclusive food I have ever had. Cocktails are undrinkable but the beer is quite fine. The worst, however, was the room. There was a horrendous smell of old shoes in the bedroom and the bathroom stinked EXTREMELY like sewer. Just overall the rooms are very old and in bad shape. Also, we had ants in our room. Had some better rooms waay cheaper hotels. Positive are the big pools amd the animators/animations. If you are looking for a beach, look somewhere else. The hotels beach, which is around 15 minutes on foot away, is very small and you have to pay for a chair and a umbrella (11 euros). Hotel towels are 1 euro a day with a 10 euro deposit. Honestly, just look for something else, probably a bit more expensive but it will likely be worth it. As the price also attracts quite a lot of trashy and economically not so fortunate (Geringverdiener) people.

The hotel was not as described within brochure, the rooms in particular the bathroom were in dire need of refurbishment. We complained and got moved but the second room was little better! The shower connection, head to wall was broken and the shower head kept breaking free like a snake soaking the whole bathroom. Room 743, avoid it but there again avoid them all! We had booked a sea view room and paid extra! No sea view, we had to complain, got moved to a room with sea view! The fridge did not work and after 3 calls to reception and a visit by a handyman who only took the plug away and never returned! I then demanded a replacement fridge which we got although it worked the door was suspect and didn’t close properly! All in all this hotel needs money spent on it to upgrade fixtures and fittings. We went all inclusive and the food in particular the evening meals were awful, ok if you like fatty fish, meatballs and salty bolognese! We will certainly not be returning!

What a fabulous holiday made possible by the hotel and staff. Firstly we was greeted by the night staff who helped us quickly, politley and with a smile to our rooms. The rooms were spacious and clean (1118 &1119). The balcony was lovely and had a great view over the sea. The beds were very comfy and the air con kept me cool. Food - a fantastic range of options and with multiple options every night. The gyros, authentic pizzas and grilled kebabs in the Artemis bar was really nice and offered more opportunities. Nikos was our superstar.. so happy and you could tell he loved working there. Drink - no messing around and stupid rules.. no massive queues or only 2 drinks or rubbish measures. The staff want you all to have a good time and they know the alcohol helps ?. The beer and wine was self-service.. lovely Maria at the poolside bar area was always so nice and helpful. So many pools, great entertainment and nice areas to walk meant for a special and fun filled holiday. Oh.. and the tortoises.. my daughters fave moment of the holiday!!! Disliked · They seriously need a new supplier for red wine. It tasted more like juice and I'm sure it was only about 5% alcohol... although the shop and its wonderful staff had plenty of bottles for only a few euros.

Nice resort with an olimpic swimming pool, kids pool, playgrounds, mini zoo with donkeys, baby goats that can be fed through the fence. The food was a bit boring, not the best all inclusive resort we've been from this perspective. Nearby you have shops, gus station, rent a car, so the location is good. The resort is up hill so they don't have their own beach. You need to go down, cross the street and use the small beach from the Star Hotel.

Huge hotel complex on multiple levels on the side of the rocky hill. It has 5 swimming pools but haven’t seen them all yet as huge area. Loads of bars. Inclusive drinks are just beers -only one beer, wines and sprits but expensive for beverages outside this range. Staff are friendly and reception staff always there. Food is reasonably comparable with typical cruise buffet restaurants Various activities for all ages. I was here solo. Better suited for couples and families. Beach was down the hill. Walk about 10-15 but back could be longer due to hot weather if your senior like me. The young probable less than minutes. There is hotel transport about 4 times a day. The small beach is by another hotel. Plenty of sunbeds with umbrellas. They cater for you even if you arrive in the night and have cold buffet available. Bring your own swimming towels as they charge 1€ + 10€ deposit per day per towel. You have to pay 3€ per day per person tourist tax in cash.

Just got back yesterday from staying at this spacious hotel. Had a lovely stay. Rooms were very clean and cleaned every day. Food was really nice and lots of variety. Snack bar was open more or less all day and had fresh food. Pool and jacuzzi were refreshing after soaking in the sun. Only negative thing is could do with a que system at the bars. As the resort is quite big could do with more information on daily activities/entertainment on all floors and the theme of food for the day

Just had a fantastic week at this hotel. Absolutely immaculate with all the staff doing a brilliant job. Facilities unbelievable with plenty of things to do for kids and adults alike. Plenty of pools and sunbeds as well for everyone. Food was great and varied and alcohol speaks for itself. Only 1 complaint would be evening entertainment, or lack of it / quality of it. Highly recommended though , had a great time

We had a week stay , and it was just lovely. The hotel rooms a bit basic but comfy. Food plenty of choice, but not always hot. The best attraction was the out door pools ,so many to choose from. All well looked after, and pool bars especially the very top one. Was excellent and Maria made us so welcome, service very good. Entertainment was basically more for children. But it was early days yet, so will hopefully improve for summer season. All in all a good place lots of lovely views of sea.
