★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked via the VIP Cars Website and selected Surprice car rentals. Sadly the supplier did not turn up at the designated location. I phoned several times and did not get though and when I did was told they were too busy!?! I had to book with another car rental company. Recommend you find someone more dependable.

My model was not available, so I was downgraded without being told.
When I complained they assured me that they would bring me the right car at my hotel. They never did and disappeared.
I managed to talk to them after dozens of attempts. They told me they did not have my car category and that they never called as agreed because they were too busy. Another lie.
Surprise still has not done anything about it after 5 emails from me.
Worst company ever!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an excellent experience renting an automatic car. The local staff was very friendly and welcoming. Picking the car up and returning the car was super quick, it was even possible to drop the car off at the airport. The car was also great and in good condition. Thank you very much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service, I turned up having booked a car in anti-Paros by accident and they gave me a car. The staff are very kind and helpful ! I wasn’t actually sure if it was surprise or k&k so I’m leaving my review on both - as my car was from K&k but o was very very happy ? ? recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While I don’t like leaving bad reviews, I can’t overlook this one.
Insane downpayments, late at the airport, rude and unprofessional. I ended up cancelling with them and got another rental from another company who were oh so nice and accommodating.
Hopefully not everyone will experience this, but if you have no other choice, read the “contract” VERY closely, they don’t shy away from exploitation of the inattentive. Legal? Maybe. Deserving of your trust? Solid no.
If what they ask is so normal, why no other rental ask for it? And why would they hide it in page X of an agreement des read thoroughly?
