A	Antonio Massimo De Angelis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Situato a pochi passi dalla spiaggia della città nuova. Proprietaria cortese, attenta alla pulizia. Bagno un po' datato ma in buone condizioni. Aria condizionata inclusa nel prezzo e terrazzino con vista mare. Camere ampie. Vicino ai locali del lungomare e non lontano dal Porto veneziano di Chania. Parcheggio non a disposizione, tuttavia non é difficile trovare posto nelle strade cittadine. Un buon compromesso per chi è diviso tra mare e mondanità. Located within walking distance of the new town beach. Friendly owner, attentive to cleanliness. Bathroom a little dated but in good condition. Air conditioning included in the price and terrace with sea view. Large rooms. Close to the waterfront clubs and not far from the Venetian Port of Chania. Parking is not available, however it is not difficult to find space in the city streets. A good compromise for those who are torn between sea and worldliness.

It is situated near the beach for a swim, and getting to the old harbour in Chania is a very pleasant stroll along the shore front. Sit on your balcony enjoy the view and relax. Katerina, your host, is very attentive and happy to spend time chatting and giving advice on the local area, Crete or indeed Greece. We look forward to coming back.
S	Steph Smi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katerina is an amazing lady. She was so welcoming and made us feel like family. She has 3 apartments available for rent, each with their own entrance. We had the apartment on the third (top) floor. Looks much smaller in the pictures than it really it - it was spacious enough for 2 people. It had a bathroom, 2 twin beds, a full kitchen for cooking, fridge, small dinner table, armoire and dressing table. The AC is great. The balcony is the best part - view of the sea and sunset. We spent all 3 nights lounging on the chairs having a cider (Cretan cider!!!). It even had a drying rack for our clothes so we could do laundry in the sink. She cleaned the room daily and the building was very safe. Steps away from the sea and beach, 10 min beautiful walk along the water to the venetian harbor and old city, grocery store within a 5 min walk. She gave us tips even for how to avoid paying for beach chairs :) WiFI access. Best place I’ve stayed in a long while. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Crete. Also, so affordable!!! Thanks Katerina for an amazing time - we will be back!!!
