★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was brought to this hotel in unfortunate circumstances by my airline as we were suffering a 17 hour flight delay. Through no fault of their own the hotel did not have beds for anyone, so c.140 of us spent an entire day sat in reception or around the pool. Breakfast and lunch were provided and the breakfast really was quite poor. Lunch was a little better but it's not great and I wouldn't recommend anyone make a special trip to visit to eat here. There are many better restaurants available nearby. Although I didn't get a room with a bed, I was briefly allowed access to a room to use a shower. There was no shower curtain, so naturally water went all over the room, which is very inconvenient. Small touches like this are not hard to put right to get higher review scores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my flight cancelled. Airline took care of everything this hotel and food and transfers. Friendly front desk and restaurant. Nice pool and bar. Beds are European style but comfortable. Would stay again

Nice rooms, but bathrooms got a very bad shower, difficult to regulate the water temperature.
Nice pool, but the bar next to it was always close.
Food wasn't always good, but the desserts were impressive.
Position: the hotel is near to the centre of Iraklion, nothing to say.
In brief, nice hotel but it could improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ended up here at midnight after my Tui flight was cancelled due to a technical issue. It isn't a place I would come by choice. Rooms are small and basic, the shower couldn't be raised above the height of my nose so I had to squat to take a shower. Breakfast was dreadful, a choice of rubber omelette, ham, boiled egg, cheese. I could be more critical, however, it was at least a bed (2 singles) for the night even though we had to share with our Son

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to stay here as flight delayed. Very basic. Staff waitresses OK. Reception males not nice. If it wasn't for all the delayed passengers, the hotel would have had hardly any guests.
