★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While it's not a fancy many - star hotel, it is comfortable and clean. We had a fridge and a teapot in the room. There is also a heater/air conditioner. Dimitris is very nice and welcoming and does everything to help. The free shuttle to the airport was algo really appreciated!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually the worst place I have stayed, and I have stayed in some 2 star hotels in Cuba that were far better than this. No wifi, nowhere to hang even a towel in the bathroom. Nowhere to hang the shower over your head. Whole bathroom gets soaked when anyone showers. Ants everywhere. Garbage and rotting food from previous guests in the drawers. We weren't even given enough sheets until the day after arriving despite asking for sheets. The people who work here are very kind and sympathetic but there's not much they can do about this dump except to say "oohhh no" and to agree that it is a dump and that all of the rooms are just as bad as ours. One of them told us that she has told the owner many times he needs to make upgrades.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the person we communicated with, prior our arrival, did not even worked there and when we arrived nobody even knew about it. Our room was not ready (no bed sheets, soap, towels, shower curtain, light, etc.) we had to communicate that we would like the basic things to the host who also did not speak any of 3 languages that we spoke. Also the whole site looked like a construction site with trash everywhere outside our door and on a property. The worst place I ever stayed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are dirty, you can feel every spring in the mattress, toilets won’t flush, there were ants everywhere. If I could rate this place a 0 I would, it doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Literally left to another hotel.
