D	Dimitris Kondis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παλιά ήταν όπως όλα τα άλλα κτίρια τα παρατημένα.Ας ήταν Βίλα πολύ παλιά.Χρησιμοποιηθικε περίπου το1960εως το1970ως παράρτημα του 6ου γυμνασίου Αρρένων.Αν το βλέπατε εκείνο το καιρό θα απογοητευοσασταν.Επιτελους κάλλιο αργά παρά ποτέ.Ημουν και.εγω από τους μαθητές του Γυμνασίου 6ου. It was old like all the other abandoned buildings. Let it be a very old villa. It was used around 1960-1970 as a branch of the 6th high school for boys. If you saw it at that time you would be disappointed. Finally better late than never. 6th.
Α	Αγαπη Χ. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Υπέροχο διατηρητέο κτήριο. Όταν ήμουν μικρότερη έλεγαν ότι είναι στοιχειωμένο κ οποίος αναλαμβάνει να το φτιάξει κάτι παθαίνει! Ξαφνιάστηκα ευχάριστα όταν μετά από αρκετά χρόνια είδα ότι ξορκισαν το κακό!!! Η μήπως όχι;;! Αφού ακόμα κ τώρα παρολου που σαν στολιδι κοσμεί την περιοχή οι πόρτες παραμένουν κλειστές σε όλους αυτόυς που θα μπορούσαν να ανοίξουν νέους ορίζοντες μέσα από αυτό..!!! Wonderful listed building. When I was younger they used to say that it is haunted and whoever undertakes to fix it gets something! I was pleasantly surprised when after several years I saw that they exorcised evil !!! Or maybe not;;! Since even now, although it adorns the area as an ornament, the doors remain closed to all those who could open new horizons through it .. !!!

Αυτοί δεν έκαναν νοικοκυριό στο δικό τους σπίτι και εμείς τους φορτωθηκαμε! Wasted money for a wonderful mansion completely unused by extremely useless people !!! Blah blah and no skills at all. They did not make a household in their own house and we loaded them!

Η βίλα Πετρίδη είναι ένα από τα ελάχιστα δείγματα Εκλεκτικιστικής αρχιτεκτονικής που μπορεί να συναντήσει κανείς εκτός της Λεωφόρου Βασιλίσσης Όλγας. Όπως και τα υπόλοιπα αριστουργήματα των τελών του 19ου αιώνα που ακολούθησαν το ρεύμα του Εκλεκτικισμού συνδυάζει πολλά αρχιτεκτονικά στοιχεία από διάφορα στυλ σε ένα ενιαίο, αρμονικό σύνολο. Ο ιδιοκτήτης υπήρξε εύπορος Βούλγαρος ο οποίος δεν πρόλαβε να κατοικήσει το αρχοντικό, καθώς έφυγε από την πόλη μετά την απελευθέρωση της το 1912 και την είσοδο του Ελληνικού στρατού. Το 1927 το κτίριο περιήλθε στην Οικογένεια Πετρίδη ενώ κατοικήθηκε έως το 1960. Από το σημείο αυτό ο χρόνος άφησε τα σημάδια του με έντονο τρόπο… Μετά από δεκαετίες εγκατάλειψης έφτασε κοντά στο σημείο της κατάρρευσης όταν το 2005 ξεκίνησαν δύσκολες και επίπονες προσπάθειες συντήρησης και εκτεταμένες επεμβάσεις με σκοπό την διάσωση του! One of the many Eclectic treasures of the city is located at the Western entrance of Thessaloniki. Villa Petridi is one of the few examples of Eclectic architecture that can be found outside Vasilissis Olga Avenue. Like the other masterpieces of the late 19th century that followed the current of Eclecticism, it combines many architectural elements from different styles into a single, harmonious whole. The owner was a wealthy Bulgarian who did not manage to inhabit the mansion, as he left the city after its liberation in 1912 and the entry of the Greek army. In 1927 the building belonged to the Petridis Family while it was inhabited until 1960. From this point time left its mark in a strong way… After decades of abandonment, it came close to collapsing when in 2005 difficult and arduous maintenance efforts and extensive interventions were launched in order to save it!
