★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δύο φορές στη σειρά έχουν κάνει λάθος τον Τ.Κ και το έχουν στείλει σε άσχετο παράρτημα. Μετά στο παράρτημα της Ηλιούπολης που αναγκάστηκα να πάω να το παραλάβω, είχαν έναν υπάλληλο και όλοι οι πελάτες περιμέναμε απέξω σε μια τεράστια σειρά. Όταν ήταν να κλείσουν μας είπαν ότι δεν μπορούν να μας εξυπηρετήσουν γιατί θα κλείσει το σύστημα. Όταν τους απείλησα με αγωγή εφόσον ήταν δικό τους το λαθος και η ευθύνη για την ταλαιπωρία μου, τότε μόνο κάνανε τα στραβά μάτια και με εξυπηρετήσανε. Επίσης ποτέ δεν παίρνουν τηλ τον πελάτη να τον ενημερώσουν ότι θα έρθουν περιμένοντας ότι ο άλλος θα είναι σπίτι του 24/7 κάθε μέρα όλη μέρα. Αντιεπαγγελματική συμπεριφορά εξ ολοκλήρου.
Twice in a row they have made a mistake with T.K and have sent it to an irrelevant annex. Then at the Ilioupoli branch where I had to go and pick it up, they had an employee and all the customers were waiting outside in a huge queue. When they were about to close they told us that they could not serve us because the system would close. When I threatened them with a lawsuit since it was their fault and the responsibility for my suffering, then only they turned a blind eye and served me. They also never call the customer to let them know they will be coming expecting the other to be home 24/7 every day all day. Unprofessional behavior entirely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μακράν η χειρότερη μεταφορική. Αγενείς και αδιάφοροι ΟΛΟΙ, σε όλες τις περιοχές, σε όλα τα καταστήματα που έχει χρειαστεί να με «εξυπηρετήσουν». Τα τηλέφωνα είναι διακοσμητικά, το ίδιο και οι όποιες υπηρεσίες «διευκόλυνσης» έχουν, όπως πχ να στέλνουν μήνυμα ή να σε παίρνουν τηλέφωνο όταν δεν σε βρίσκουν- ουσιαστικά σου λένε «προσπάθησα, δε σε βρήκα, δεν ξέρω πότε θα ξαναέρθω» -ουδέν νόημα. Μου είχαν αφήσει σημείωμα ότι δε με βρήκαν ενώ ήμουν μέσα- μάλλον βαριόταν να χτυπήσει κουδούνι.. Δεν καταλαβαίνω για ποιο λόγο να την προτιμήσει κανείς.
By far the worst metaphor. Rude and indifferent EVERYONE, in all areas, in all the shops that have had to "serve" me. Phones are decorative, as are any "convenience" services, such as texting or calling when they can't find you - essentially telling you "I tried, I did not find you, I do not know when I will come back" - no sense . They had left a note for me that they did not find me while I was inside - she was probably bored of ringing a bell .. I do not understand why anyone would prefer it.
