Having booked our holiday last minute (twos before flying) we found and decided on this hotel. Booking last minute is always a little scary but my god did we strike gold, this hotel was amazing!!! Right from the second we arrived we were greatest by a lovely lady on reception that was friendly, welcoming and great to chat too. The room itself was beyond anything we could have hoped for, it was perfect and had everything in it we needed. The decoration was fairly rustic but we actually really liked that and the balcony had a beautiful view out over the gardens which are kept in amazing condition. For an all inclusive package the food was amazing and well beyond our expectations. The thing that really made it for us though was the staff..... Every single member of staff we dealt with were helpful, friendly and so intent on making our experience amazing. I have to say though that one member of staff really stood out to us and that was Thanos the bar tender, he was ridiculously polite, well mannered, friendly and chatty, he is a credit to this hotel. Over the course of the week we really felt like we created a bond with him and in all honesty we were quite sad to leave him behind when we left. After 4 years of going to Zante I can definitely say that this is a hotel that we will be going back too. Thank you guys for your amazing service and we'll see you again very soon.

Amazing hotel, very friendly and helpful staff! We got tasty vegetarian food. The rooms are big and clean. Even in this complicated covid situation they made our stay unforgettable. Special thanks for all the receptionsist, waiters, barmen!!

What a fantastic place with staff, which made our stay superb! You feel very friendly atmosphere!. That is a pretty small hotel, with amazing garden and very well maintained plants, so highly recommended for people, who want to avoid loud crowds and spend time in nice surroundings. We had our room almost at the end of the building, so was quiet but with great WIFI coverage (they very well planned signal repeaters around the area). Very good breakfasts, lunches and dinners with good choice! You can always find something for a good start of the day! And again - every day, literally every day, without exception, smiling staff, open to help you and make your vacation stay exceptional. Absolutely worth to spend every minute there and much better than other hotels in the area!

We only found this hotel as my husband had a fall and was unable to fly on the original date ,and the hotel we were staying at was closing.The hotel is fantastic. We went all inclusive the food was amazing . Lots of choice and a varied menu. . Staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again .

Took the family out for the Greek night had a fabulous time, the dancers we're brilliant, we all had a blast and the food delish.

Unfortunately we booked for there Greek evening with entertainment and the hot buffet was all cold and not very tasty at all, told by the barman they had ran out of bottles of Heineken and Mythos so we decided to leave and go elsewhere hopefully it's only a blip as the season as only just opened

Amazing hotel for our vacation. The rooms are dated, but cant complain, You have everything you need for a great stay. Even tho it is close to the airport, the planes did not bother us personally and in the night time there are no flights. The food was okay but it was lacking some diversity. There is a pool, but cant comment on that since we went to the beach everyday which is 300m from the hotel. Staff is very sweet and welcoming!

Lovely All inclusive hotel, really friendly and helpful staff. Food is good and varied, loved the salads and non Meat options. Shops, cafés, bars and beach pretty much on doorstep.
