Nice people and good prices!

520 EUR for 4-day rental (Toyota Yaris) is definitely not a good price :)

I have used Avance several times in my trips to Greece and the service has been second to none They are so professional and friendly and nothing is too much trouble I had a car breakdown on a island and they shipped me another one and paid my out of pocket expenses I highly recommend them

Kind service, excellent cars, we were upgraded free-of-charge due to lack of cars in ordered category. We did pay extra for full insurance, but that was entirely our choice.

We came on a very short notice, without a reservation, to the AVANCE office, asking for a small car. And a little over an hour later, we had one! Service was quick and great, the return of the car procedure included!

We rented a car in the summer (photos and proof available upon request). No problems with the collection and payment at the airport of Athens, but from collection time we found a plastic compartment of the door broken (which we immediately reported). Once we arrived to our Athens destination the car gave us exclamation mark signals for the stability of the car. We contacted Avance and the only thing they would do was to ask us to drive this car next day to their offices for a check (many people were contacted to give us this strange advice and this took us a long time to schedule, as our calls were never returned and we had to chase all of them). We took it there and the only thing they did was to reset this setting. As you can understand this caused extra stress for us. In the next days, we had a flat tyre in the national road, which was proved to be cause by a hole in inner part of the tyre, which according to the expert who fixed it, this can be a sign of bad maintenance/checks. During the 2week period we had the car, it kept giving us more emergency signals for different reasons, more parts were falling from their original position. The whole experience was at least stressful (not ideal during summer holiday). As a summary, this company can give you a good deal, but not to the standards that they should. I am not renting again from them.

i would like to say my opinion of this company. i always rent a car from avance whenever arrive in athens. all the time the cars that i rent are new and perfect like driving, clean, and always everything works perfect. the people are always kind and willing to help you in everything. never had a problem, none of the times, always the car waiting for me and always we are satisfy with my wife. we recommend this company with no hesitate at all. nobody is perfect at this world but always they've try the best they can do and always we have na complaint.. if i had to put you 100 stars i will. thanks a lot for the services every time.

Absolute trash company, asked for a baby seat, didnt get one. Told to go to our destination to get one, drove 200 km with no baby seat, only to be told once there, yeah too bad figure out a store and go buy one yourself. As if this wasnt bad enough car battery died twice on us, got the same speech when i called to have them fix it, figure it out go find a mechanic and we'll pay for it at the end.... Bottom line is they dont do anything, you do the work for them maintaining their bad cars. How are they still in business??
