โ โ โ โ โ From the moment that I made the reservation online, and contacted them through Facebook with the few questions, to the return of the vehicle, was a great experience. My questions were answered promptly. At arrival my vehicle was ready and waiting for me. Easy check in. Very polite and service oriented. The vehicle it self was almost new and better than expected.
Checkout was easy as well. Quick check on the kms and vehicle condition and I was on my way
The price was very fair for the vehicle that I got. The lowest that I could find, and believe me, I shopped around for weeks. No hidden fees or extra charges. Also, vehicle was sanitized.
I had my doubts when I made the reservation, as I have always used Avis or Budget. Without a doubt now, This was the best car rental experience I have had in Greece. Highly recommended. If I could, I would give 10 โญ๏ธ stars โญ๏ธ

โ โ โ โ โ Here is my experience. I have rented the car from 18/12/2021 to 3/1/2022.
Since 24/12/2022 the red light for issue in the steering mechanism was randomly caming on and off. I have called the next day (25/12) the Avance office in the airport and they have told me to contact the breakdown. I have contacted the Breakdown and they have redirected me to call back to the Avance office in the airport. When I called them back on 26/12 they told me to call the breakdown company and insist to check the car. I called once again the on 26/12 Breakdown company and when they came they told me that the car needs to be checked on a service center and they could not do anything. I called again the Avance offices in airport on 27/12 and asked for a solution, they have told me to call on central avance offices were they told me that I should wait from a call from their service department. I have never got any call back. On 31/12 I have made another call on Avance central offices, I had explained the situation and they have provide me with their service department number to call myself.
The service department provided me with a solution imediately. They have asked me to get to their assosiate service center to check the issue. The issue was that the battery of the car was old and needed to be changed once that was done the issue was resolved.
When I returned the car, I haven't receive any appology neither any compensation.
My expectation from a hiring company is to make only one phonecall to the company and then they should short out all the details for me within a reasonable time. I did not mind to take the car to the service center and wait 2 hours, what was frustrating is to make so many calls to get to a solution at last minute.

โ โ โ โ โ It was a mixed experience... the lady who attend us at 6pm of the 27th of December in the airport and did the contract was friendly, very helpful, well educated and, in addition to that, was really fluent in English AND Spanish. The car was new, clean, and well maintained. The price was reasonable. HOWEVER, the man we found when returning the car at 7pm of the 30th could not be more rude and careless. He is completely unprepared for dealing with people. We hope he get scolded by the company, if it is willing to provide good quality service. Depending on his service alone, we would never recommend or do business with Avance again. A good company can not be harmed by a bad employee. I regret I do not have his name.
