M	Mark Benson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service and no one seems to care. I rented a larger car than I wanted just to make sure I get all four of us plus several suitcases into the car. I was expecting an upgrade as I am Presidents Circle status but I couldn't be sure so spent the extra. When I arrived the Hertz Gold line was closed and there was a huge line in the regular lane. After waiting for a while someone finally opened the Gold lane. This appeared to be a manager. She was rude and not welcoming at all. After she seemed to be almost done I asked if I would get an upgrade and she gave me a dirty look. I mentioned my status (she should have seen it on the rental) and she noted she had one car I could switch to. I knew the model and it seemed pretty small. I took it hoping it was better. I had a great deal of issues getting our stuff into the small vehicle (despite being an upper model) and I asked the folks on the lot what I can do. They said nothing...sorry. We traveled four hours with suitcases on the kid's laps. The tiny engine was very underpowered and it made for terrible traveling in the mountains. After getting back I shared the experience with Hertz support and they said I did get an upgrade and I should have taken the vehicle back if I was not happy. Ridiculous!!! Never again!!!! Update to their response: Their lot was completely full on the day I rented and the day I returned but they say "all their efforts"....she literally said you have the choice of two cars and that is it. What total BS!!!!!
K	Kitsos Leventis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very professional attitude, and quick service, as long as you have checked in online before your arrival. Their vehicles are usually brand new and very clean. Last time, I rented a new i10 with very few kilometers.
o	oz pan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overpriced with lack of service. Classical Greek ripoff where the insurancee although FULL coverage , only half the car is covered , staff unshaved and from the smell unshowered . Great first experience of Greek service..
D	Dominik Cysewski on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As usual you have to ask for COMPlETE waiver. They call it "super collision damge waiver". As usual read everything in a contract, don't believe on thing being said. The lack of good will or maybe a chosen way of action, can't tell. My bad, my contract includes some standard waiver, so I had to pay most of the deposit (254 of 350 euro), as I signed it. I believe i was told, as i asked for, it is the full coverage. Pretty sad, that theoretically high quality rental as Hertz is behaving like some cheap one. In general I feel tricked and disappointed.
S	Saif Alyammahi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service . No respect. First of all , they charged me twice for one rental. And from two different branches Spata and Kifisia. 213€ and 171€ . Also they claimed all the money from my bank before I returned the car to them. 150€ was deposit and they claim it before I return the car. The location robbed me. They charged me more than 300€ for a back cover inside the car for KIA STONIC model. I am sure there was no cover from the beginning. And if there was I paid for full insurance. And if they like to charge me it does not cost 300€ !!! Advice, don't take your car unless you take a video for the full car. Also make sure you take all your receipts from the branch. They gave me nothing. And make sure every thing they wrote in there papers is right. Or simply go to other rental shop

It is true that I always pay for the full insurance to avoid unpleasant situations with the rentals so this could be the case but we rented the car at the airpot and get it back in the city centre and everything was smooth. They even paid us back for an empty sprayer I had to buy at the gas station with no hesitation. I received the deposit on a same day as getting the car back.

I rented a car from Hertz, which is in the airport. at the counter the person tells me that the vehicle has nothing. she makes me sign the condition of the vehicle on the spot. I use it for three days without hanging anything and I return to the parking lot three days later to catch my plane. in the parking lot the person who receives my vehicle looks under the skirt of the vehicle and tells me that the vehicle is scratched!!!! and that you have to pay with the guarantee taken three days earlier!!!! I explain that it is impossible but nothing to do! they tell me that there are also scratches on the back of the car but that these were well identified. So the rear scratches were identified on their machine but not the front, so I have a document free of scratches! seriously avoid!!!
