JEDES GERICHT WIRD MIT EINEM ANDEREN WEIN GEPAART. Katsohiri-Käse mit Trockengemüse- kruste und Tomatenmarmelade, Shrimp Ceviche, Paccheri mit Ragout von Hamon Iberico und Limonen-Mornay, Langsam gegartes Rindfleisch mit verschiedenen Pilzen, begleitet von Kartoffelpüree und Kretische Käsetorte mit hausgemachter Erdbeermarmelade. 5 Weine harmonierten zu den Speisen. Ein sehr schöner Abend. Der letzte Abend wurde uns noch einmal mit der GRIECHISCHEN MEZE-NACHT versüßt. Es gab ausschließlich griechische Leckereien, wie z.B. Kontosouvli am Spieß, hausgemachten Pita-Brote aus Mais, Tzatziki, Soutzoukakia: aromatische Fleischbällchen mit reichlich Gewürzen in Tomatensoße, Spanakopita, Griechische Riesenbohnen, die im Ofen mit Wurst und Gemüse gekocht werden, Hähnchen Tigania und als Dessert Baklava mit einer Kugel Eis. Theme evenings are offered here, which can be booked in advance. AUTHENTIC GREEK CUISINE MEETS MEDITERRANEAN STYLE. EACH DISH IS PAIRED WITH A DIFFERENT WINE. Katsohiri cheese with dried vegetable crust and tomato jam, shrimp ceviche, paccheri with hamon iberico ragout and lime mornay, slow-cooked beef with various mushrooms accompanied by mashed potatoes and Cretan cheesecake with homemade strawberry jam. 5 wines harmonized with the dishes. A very nice evening. The last evening was sweetened again with the GREEK MEZE NIGHT. There were only Greek delicacies, such as kontosouvli on a skewer, homemade corn pita bread, tzatziki, soutzoukakia: aromatic meatballs with plenty of spices in tomato sauce, spanakopita, Greek giant beans cooked in the oven with sausage and vegetables, chicken tigania and than Dessert baklava with a scoop of ice cream.

Het eten is er heel goed en lekker en over wijnkennis is er niets te klagen. Sommelier Lavinia weet je alles te vertellen over de wijnen van Kreta. Ook kun je er lekker ontbijten als je gast bent in het hotel. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en staan altijd voor je klaar. Het uitzicht is prachtig en werkt rustgevend. Als je in Koutouloufari bent of op Kreta, echt een aanrader om te gaan eten. Wel vooraf resereveren voor een tafel. En zeker doen!! A very nice and cozy restaurant in Koutouloufari. The restaurant is part of Creta Blue Boutique hotel. The food is very good and tasty and there is nothing to complain about wine knowledge. Sommelier Lavinia knows everything about the wines of Crete. You can also have a nice breakfast if you are a guest in the hotel. The staff is super friendly and always there for you. The view is beautiful and has a calming effect. If you are in Koutouloufari or on Crete, it is highly recommended to eat. Book in advance for a table. And definitely do!!

The service was outstanding the owner was spectacular and friendly the food was excellent I give it a five star review there was three adults two kids even the children got everything they liked.
