H	Hanish Patel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is beautifully built and set in a great location overlooking the sea. The staff provide excellent service in a very friendly, courteous and polite manner. No is never an option with them. The private pool in every room is a unique feature which affords you your own space and privacy. Cayo comes with all the trimmings and they have their own beach which is a few minutes walk away. WiFi connected there too! Highly recommended!!
M	Mateusz Osiecki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best hotels I've ever been to, if not the best, especially if you value the astonishing design of the property as such - coloured marble bars, reception desk, artistic lamps - really beautiful place. The whole personnel is super friendly and trying to be helpful during your stay. The only two downsides I've noticed were the lack of kettle in our room and more importantly the lack of chafing dishes for the warm (not so much) food for the breakfast menu. I've talked to the F&B Manager who is really easy-going yet professional that the devices they ordered were chosen for their design but they are not doing the job at all. Despite these minor flaws, the whole stay at Cayo was superb.

N	Nikolas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quiet spot east of Crete, comfortable rooms with panoramic views and private swimming pool. Minimalistic decoration and quality mattresses make it a good spot to chill. Restaurant Kellari is definitely worth a visit for its service, wine list and outstanding sea food. Overall the hotel is expensive by international standards. You pay the high price without getting the expected value. Service is good and professional but needs improvement. The hotel is missing basic services of a five star hotel like a turndown service. Breakfast is good overall, but management should focus on improving à la carte offer rather than the buffet. Ex: Eggs Benedict/ pochés are charged extra… this kind of « ryanair » mentality is not compatible with Greek hospitality and should be reconsidered. Beach bar is pleasant but not managed as well as the rest of the resort. Sun beds and tables were dirty (coffee stains) two days in a row.

Breakfast is diversified and provide plenty of choices. Restaurants are refine. Interior design is classy. Nails salon needs some improvements in terms of rooms and accessories.
