M	Michael Lewis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was the perfect place. Quite, nice staff, super clean sheets and comfortable bed. The weather here is so perfect that the windows stay open all night. We could come and go as we pleased with our own keys to the courtyard. Something about this place just feels safe.

Full of antiques and beautiful views, you'll not be disappointed in the experience provided here. Breakfast was traditional and delicious. Leaving was hard. We will miss the friendships we made in those 3 nights with other guests who were just as inspired as us.

Don't forget to find and say hi to the tortoise that roams about the center garden! And my sweet sweet cat whom I named Henrieta. I will miss her

They have paid attention to every single detail so they can make your stay so pleasant. The receptionist Yannis is very polite and informative. The breakfast is out of this world with fresh greek ingredients. This place is ideal for a great quite relaxing getaway.

We stayed in the pigeon suite which was very nice and spacious. The authentic feel is incredible, and the room is just nice and comfortable. The breakfast spread was completely amazing. And the location is good - nice and quiet area about a 5-7 minute walk from the harbor. Here are the two negatives I had with the hotel: 1 - Unfortunately Hydra is kind of run over with cats and the hotel hasn't done anything to keep them away - so our "private hot tub" outside was basically just a gathering spot for cats. Didn't make the nicest hangout area. 2 - I was kind of disappointed that for such a luxurious hotel, they didn't offer to come get our bags from the harbor for us, but instead simply asked us to pay a 3rd party vendor to take them for us. Not something I expected to have to pay 20 extra euros for at such a nice hotel.

E	Erin King on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably my favorite hotel I've ever stayed. Hydra is beautiful and the hotel is perfect. Wonderful room, good service, tasty breakfast, fantastic building overall, nice outdoor spaces (with a tortoise and cats). I was genuinely sad to leave. I hope I can come back!

There was an issue with the private hot tub in the room but the staff went all out to fix it. Lots of neat places to sit and relax arpund the hotel. Concierge service incredibly helpful and full of suggestions. Highest recommendation, I will stay here again when I come back to Hydra.
