I	Isobel S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gorgeous view, friendly staff, beautiful pool and nice rooms. When we first arrived the staff were very hospitable and even had some snacks prepared for us. The hotel has a private rocky beach, which has a few beach chairs and a ladder that goes straight into beautiful clear water. When going to the beach I recommend a snorkel so you can see the fish but also so you can avoid the sea urchins on the rocks. I think they could improve by getting better and more frequent entertainment / activities.

The service from everyone at the hotel has been second to none with everyone being really friendly and attentive. The food has also been great with everything cooked fresh for you. The whole experience has been excellent and would recommend it to anyone.

Pool and room balcony offered amazing views of Elounda. Staff was amazing, very welcoming and helpful !! Special thanks to the bar staff, keep up the good work!!!
S	Shona McBean on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely loved everything about this beautiful hotel. Our room had the most amazing view and was clean and a good size. The bed was a little hard but as soon as we mentioned this to reception, a mattress topper was added to.the bed which made a huge difference. The staff were all wonderful - all reception staff couldn't do enough to help you, Albert was great collecting and taking our luggage, restaurant staff were welcoming and friendly, Vasilikis who ran the pool bar in the day was always smiling and friendly and Simos who ran the bar in the evening knew what we drank and looked after us every evening. The cleaning staff worked so hard and our room was always immaculate. Even an earthquake and huge thunder storm just made the holiday more interesting and the way that the whole team from management to cleaning staff coped with the storm was just outstanding. The pool, though cold, was beautiful to cool off in and was always immaculately clean. There were always plentiful sunbeds - no having to fight to be first down in the morning. The food was always lovely with lots of choice and kept constantly topped up. Never had any issues finding something to eat at all. We loved it so much here and felt so relaxed and welcomed that we are trying to.change a holiday we had booked for June to come here again instead. Cannot recommend enough.
