★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was provided a car with chronically low pressure tires. A lot of pre-existing cosmetic damage on the car. Can't recommend this branch of Hertz. The only good thing I can say is I wasn't blatantly scammed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An utterly appalling experience with the lady at Heraklion Airport's arrivals desk after a traumatic motor collision. All impatience and zero sympathy, arms folded disinterestedly while claiming to "understand" yet clearly understanding nothing about what we had been through that day. We terminated the hire prematurely and I will never forget that Hertz made an already difficult situation worse, effectively destroying a holiday that had barely started. Without doubt the coldest customer care I've ever experienced. It pains me to award even one star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great rental agency! Easy transaction, the car was almost new. Very nice staff, very helpful. Not trying to scam to additional charges. If you prepare and fill all the required information online it will reduce the time of receiving the car to bare minimum.
