We booked online for a Chevy Spark, they upgraded us for a beautiful brand new Nissan Micra in excellent condition !!
At the end we didn't even have to clean it or anything, everything went smoothly. Thanks for everything. We'll come back and higy recommand this rental car agency!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've got a free upgrade to an automatic car. Everything went very smoothly and the staff was very nice. You have to bring a creditcard as they asked for a deposit wich is not mentioned on the site we booked and some of the reviews said otherwise. We gave our creditcard but they did not make a reservation at the card for it. So we never actually payed a deposit. The drop is went very well, it only takes 2 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfriendly the worst car rental I have experienced. Upon arrival was met with stuff that told to wait other stuff. Some other workers came and asked to wait for other stuff. All this when I was the only customer. The stuff arrived that could give us a car and boy she was unhappy. Than when I was asked a deposit of 1400 euros my jaw dropped. Then I checked rating online and I could understand why. My only mistake was not to check rating before. Ps: the max deposit of more than 10 companies we asked was 300 euros at hertz. Sixt had around 100. Be advised you are on your own luck and company can be a great way to ruin your planned vacation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EASY CLEAN FAST POLITE . Rarely i have ever rented a car in such an easy manner. The delivery procedure at the airport took less than 5 minutes, the reservation was in accordance with the car, which was nearly new, clean. The car rental return took less than 5 minutes. Surely a company to remember, thanks next time we will book again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The stuff was absolutely wonderful and friendly! Easy drop off. I was really satisfied with the car, I ordered Opel Astra, but they gave me Nissan Juke. The cutest one! Very convenient car for traveling along the island, we went to various monasteries and beaches. It was great to explore Crete with this car, perfect!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was slightly sceptical following some of the reviews but when we arrived in the early hours the service was absolutely great. The process was smooth and the car was a fairly new Fiat Tipo. The car had no issues dents or scrapes and when we returned it back they took a quick look and confirmed everything was fine. On this experience I can’t recommend them enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We choose this car rental because it offered the best prices at Heraklion airport. The station and car park is just outside the terminal, which is great. The handing over of the car was super quick and friendly. The car itself was OK, one of the older generations with 70k km. But: it was automatic as booked and had aircon. It did not have all the todays standard features like parking sensors etc but it was alright for the rather cheap price. We always felt safe. Return was also easy and quick! Nothing really to complain in summary :)
