Gli sportelli non si chiudevano,i freni funzionavano male, l aria condizionata ad intermittenza.I ragazzi dell'ufficio non sono responsabili e cercano in qualche modo di porre rimedio alla disorganizzazione della compagnia. Da non prendere Never rely on this company for any reason. The car was an old point model with thousands of miles on its back. The doors did not close, the brakes malfunctioned, the air conditioning intermittently. The guys in the office are not responsible and try somehow to remedy the disorganization of the company. Not to be taken

No location at Athens airport, 45 minutes transfer that was an hour late. Go to the big reputable companies, the so-called saving isn’t worth it
K	Killian Cousin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Warning, simply the worst rental car experience of my life. 1 week rental, the car breaks down after 3 days, mechanical problem, probably in bond to the state of maintenance of the car. Broken down at 2:30 am, on the highway, in a wonderful security parking, with a viewpoint on an oil refinery. No response from the emergency number between 2:30 am and 7:30 am, stuck, less than 1 hour of sleep in a car, no support by the agency between 7:30 am and 3:00 pm (car towing time), we were abandoned to our fate, without any access to drinking water, in Greece, August 10th 2021, under 40 degrees, we were 3. Ultimately, it was a highway maintenance agent who help us, he called the agency and threaten them to warn police. Finally in Athens around 4:00 p.m (taxi at our expense of course), beware, the special Green motion’s customer experience is not over ! Athen’s agency asks us to pay the repair costs of the broken down car to get back the new, blackmailing, when we still have 4 days of rental already paid. On the repair invoice proforma, surprise, 55% discount, we asked randomly for 70%, they said yes, but only by cash to maintain 70%, that’s lets you imagine integrity of this company… We called the local police, fully aware by the notoriety of this agency but unfortunately powerless. Never again and at your own risk.

Credit card was in the name of my partner (second driver), but linked to a shared bank account with me (first driver, booking was in my name). When we got there, the man helping us pointed out this was a problem for the insurance, as it was stated in the website that the credit card should be in the name of the person that made the booking. Fair point, that was my fault. Did read it, but didn't think it would be a problem. I think the person helping me had three legitimate options: 1. Ignoring it and giving us the car anyway; 2. Changing the booking for us so the names were correct, or let us make a new booking online at the spot; 3. Refuse to give us a car, because rules are rules. Instead, he refused to help us unless we paid 230 euros for some random and vague extra insurance. I get that I was in the wrong, but he could not explain how this situation was more than a small administrational mistake that could be amended really easy, and what this expensive extra insurance did to fix it. We really needed the car, so we had no other option but to pay. A really stressful start of our vacation. The car itself was fine. Used it a lot; not a great car but not a bad one either. Did what it had to do. Reading the other reviews we were lucky to have no problems along the way.
