★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor experience and lack of organisation. I was charged an extra 11 euros per day cause I didn't have a credit card; other agencies, such as thrifty, allow booking with just a debit card. The car i was given had 3 broken head lamps! I only realised when I had to drive at night as there was no indication on the dashboard and the crew obviously never checked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service! We also had to pay 11€ per day for an extra insurance although we already had one insurance from Ryanair. The women told us that we have to pay for the new one. Otherwise we can’t have the car. Very bad and never again!
