Location was good but the hotel in general was not upto standard for the price. Pictures were very deceiving,

????WORST HOTEL ❌❌❌❌❌ not only in Fira area!! In all Santorini . 1)The rooms in pictures are so far from reality, it’s dark, old furniture. It’s literally like hell. 2) No water no slipper no toothpaste and toothbrush or any kind of service. 3)The manager is very rude and unprofessional, he really made our stay horrible. 4) There is no privacy. Jacuzzi is small and you have 3 jacuzzis next to you. You can definitely find better hotels for cheaper price and better location. This was bad and does not worth it.

Bad experience. When we arrived we found out that our room was booked to someone else. They upgraded us to a smaller room with black jacuzzi. There was a broken baby bed in front of our room. There no service at all. The owner is disrespectful. We lost a lot of money for a terribl

we arrived to the hotel for our honeymoon. the owner claimed we canceled the reservation (from booking) and wanted us to pay more money (cash) if we willing to stay. the rooms are discusting and not even close to what is in the pictures. the owner is a deceiver. stay away from this awful place we lost a lot of money for this.

Hotub was dirty, yellow stains and dirty all over it. The location and views are great like other reviews said, but the pictures were way better than reality. We had such a hard time checking in, no obvious check in desk or location, no privacy in the outdoor sitting area as random people can walk by and see you while landing.

Absolutely horrific experience trying to stay at this hotel. Had a confirmed booking, however no check in staff was available and we had to seek alternative accommodation. Staff was rude and abusive on the phone, and did not help.

DO NOT BOOK HERE! The worst hotel I've ever dealt with and we haven't got there yet. Using your log in to cancel the booking and moving you to another worse hotel. Refusing to answer calls and refusing any sort of compensation. PLEASE DO NOT LOOK HERE!

DO NOT BOOK HERE. Seems like some informative reviews were deleted means how nasty they are. Only positive aspects are beautiful view and good wifi but negative aspects are way beyond. - Owner is super rude. I kindly asked all the following complains directly. He said he will fix next day but never fixed. - Hot tab is malfunctioning, thought I paid extra fee for the room with tab. I could not even take a tab once because it was disgusting and temperature was not HOT. We claimed about tab's temperature and owner says he'll check tomorrow. As you may guess, he never come for checking. - Although we didn't even touch a tab, there was already DIRT. Not only tabs but also they seems don't clean the facility frequently. Stains on sheets, kidding me? - Small flyish bugs are endlessly coming from somewhere. I claimed to owner but he just ignored our claim. - Right after we claimed about bugs, he cancelled our reservation. I guess he prevent us to give negative review on booking.com. I asked him what is going on but he said our reservation is fine and pretended like he has no idea. Dude it's obvious fact who cancelled if I inquiry booking.com. I saw other reviews got unexpected cancel then kicked out without refund. Probably I made a slightly better choice to ask right after cancel otherwise we might have been kicked out. - Only half roll of toilet paper for three nights stay, 2 adults. Are you serious? - Insufficient variety of amenities. No hair dryer, kettle and teas, empty soap bottle. TV channels are dead. Everything was disgusting. Without doubts, this place is the most horrible accommodation I've ever seen. It's so sad that existence of this disgusting hotel lowers reputation of beautiful Santorini island.
