Πήγα από εκεί λίγες μέρες πριν την αποστολή, τον ζυγισαν μαζί με το κλουβί και μου έβγαλαν μια τιμή 71€. Στην συνέχεια την επόμενη μερα κάλεσαν να μου πουν ότι η τιμή ήταν 72.5 € τελικά και επίσης ότι ξέχασαν να μου πουν ότι δύο μέρες πριν την αποστολή πρέπει να έχω χαρτί γιατρού ότι ο σκύλος μπορεί να ταξιδέψει. Και τελικά την ημέρα που πήγα να παραδωσω τον σκύλο μου έιπαν ότι είναι ακόμα 35€ τέλη παράδοσης που πρέπει να πληρώσει ο παραλήπτης. Και μάλιστα επέμενε όλο το προσωπικό εκεί ότι σίγουρα η συνάδελφος τους μας είχε ενημερώσει και ότι εγώ δεν θυμόμουν καλά. Άσε που μας έκαναν και καλύτερη τιμή από ότι λένε γιατί τους φάνηκε από τα λεγόμενα μας ότι υπάρχει ανάγκη. Το πρόβλημα δεν είναι οι τιμές σας αλλά η ελλειπής ενημέρωση που δίνεται στον πελάτη και η ταλαιπωρία που τράβηξα. Όσο για τους εργαζόμενους σας καμία ανάληψη ευθύνης και πολύ ύφος. Καλές δουλειές αλλά εμάς ούτε ζωγραφιστους δεν θα μας ξανά δείτε. My impressions are bad. I wanted to send a dog from Heraklion airport to Thessaloniki.
