β β β β β We can only recommend it. Great location, excellent customer service, friendly staff and very clean!!! I can't say something about the breakfast because we didn't took any there. The only point to comment is that, in our room wasn't any make up mirror or hand towel holder next to the sink. If we visit Zakynthos again, we will definitely book here again!

β β β β β We stayed in a suite with a private pool. Staff and owners were friendly in a discrete way. Room was spacious,bed very comfortable and everything was clean (cleaning staff was passing by every morning). Hotel surroundings (fountain,garden etc.) were also very well preserved and clean. A la carte breakfast with variety of tasy choices. Hotel restaurant is highly recommended (many tasty choices in reasonable price).
We enjoyed our time there and would definitely visit the resort again!

β β β β β Hotel as a whole is beautiful staff always smiling and friendly ? our holiday was spoilt by the fact we were in a ground floor room (it's a personal thing really don't like them) the room was huge clean but dark couldn't have doors open as ants came in (which staff were quick to take care of thankfully)we did ask over 4 days to be moved but were told fully booked it's a shame as we spent alot of time away from hotel as a result.

β β β β β Great 6 day holiday here. Food was good as all inclusive goes. Rooms spotless. Pool area excellent with more than enough space. Short walk from beach. Town was 7 to 10 mins walk away. Evening entertainment only on twice in the week. A group of 10 of us went. Very good time had by all

β β β β β The rooms are more like a motel instead of a holiday home.
They need clothes hooks, a couple of seats in the room and a strong central light instead of all subdued lighting.
The hotel itself is great, the pool is probably the best one around and the staff are fantastic and friendly.
The food seems to cool quickly but is plentiful and as a group of 4, we thought it was really very good.
11am kick out seems a little early though.
